  I hired Ibsm to do a complete remodeling of my house..including plumbing work Insulation and dry wall work concrete replacement...the plumbing work under the house all leaked drain lines replaced leaked Water lines that was replaced leaking tub and shower drains not even hooked up..shower pan installed incorrectly and nothing up to code causing the oders to attract skunks and mice to get under my house through a broken vent that IBSM was to fix and never did. I had to hire a certified plumber to repair all of these issues and to bring his work up to code. , I still have the crawl space door that he brought to replace there and never did. I had to pay for skunk removal, sanitizing under my house where the skunks had sprayed and replace the floor insulation to get rid of the skunk smell.. he was hired to bring up to code the insulation in my attic to r 38 value and to insulate over the garage with R38 insulation the insulation he put in was r 24 and left the rolls of insulation above the garage just laying up there..piles of blown insulation above the living are..came back to fix it but didnt..I had to hire someone to come and finish laying the r 24 insulation that I paid for r38 but didn't get.and to smooth out the Insulation above the living area that is still not r38..he left exposed electric wires in the attic.. I have a crack in my concrete sidewalk that he has replaced..he said nothing he could do about it it happens. I had to hire someone to repair cracks in my ceiling from where they didnt stay on the studs in the attic. The glooringvin my kitchen keeps separating wherevhe didn't level the floor correctly.told his employee just put cardboard under it.. was told this after they tried to fix it and seen it when the flooring to try and fix it. I have contracts of all of this many pictures from contractors that I had to hire to repair his work.. I have paid over ****** dollars to fix his work..I will provide documents receits and picture if needed..

  We was never contracted to install any foundation vents, we work off of our contracts, concerning the concrete, there is a hair line crack that is uncontrollable, we saw cut our concrete so that when it dose crack it cracks in the cuts, as far as the plumbing, we didn't install any water lines although we did remove the shower pan and reinstall the drain, as far as the insulation, we installed a blown in insulation 12 to 13 inches, we also did the living area witch we was not paid for. The ceiling was not cracked when we left so who ever they hired to redo the insulation . We have 8 contracts with **** of work, anytime we was ask to change or redo something we dropped what we was doing to do so, I received a few nasty text with name calling and judge mental commits, I still offered to come take care of what ever they have a problem with.

  I have many pictures and his contracts many texts about the plumbing I have pictures to prove how he left the insulation text where he came back to fix the insulation and didn't  left it the same I can get statement from the contractor with before and after pictures of piles of blown insulation and rolled insulation over the garage that wasn't rolled out..wasn't even r38 which is in the contract..contract says nothing about blown insulation. Which I can provide..as for the plumbing I have the same text from him about the plumbing contracts where he installed new tub and a new shower that the plumping to the drains wasn't even hooked up...just recently the blumping he did to the new kitchen sink blew apart because he used shark bites to connect the pipes togeather on a outside wall nothing to code. I can get statement from the plumber I used with before and after pictures..I  can send all this to you. I tried attaching but it would only do one attachment.. they did come back and fix things but was usually not tight or they made a bigger mess then it was before..always had to wait 4 to 6 in between fixing thing I have all you need of text message e on texts from two of his employees pictures of a bathroom sink and plumbing where they didnt connect that drain so for hom to say he didn't do any plumbing is not true it's in everything I can provide to yo

  This is just some of what I have to show the type of work he was doing. I still have the door he bought to replace the vent and never did the contract to show adding the crawl space where the vent was..and the crack on the concrete is not in a saw cut joint. I had a concrete contractor look at the crack and stated that he didnt put the cuts in the right places and .ore likely will have more cracks...I will provide all statements and pictures from other contractors and cost to redo his work.he is stating he can do these projects and his employees were saying different...I will provide everything you need his text proving he did the plumbing pictures sent to him about the plumbing that was not connected to  the drains his response to them. His employees response in text messages

  Here are copies of some of the  contracts..the first one states he is doing  the plumbing work..I have kept copies of every text every contract and many photos of his work that they did. And as for name calling I have never called him names..I have said a few rude remarks but never na e calling

  The first 2 pictures is the text on June 29th about the cracks in the ceiling. He stated they would check it out and never did. The last picture is where the insulation was being fixed o. AUG 22  after he  showed up  2 months later..so the guy who fixed the insulation could not have caused the cracks

  Contacted IBSM from add in local newspaper requesting quote for updating kitchen and repairing small Master Bath. Wanted to stay with local contractor for repairs. Discussed repairs and he requested pay half money at time of signing contract and half when job completed. Both areas of work are small and not much could be changed just wanted repairs in bathroom from previous issues where shower had leaked or there had been water damage. Requested same type corner shower stall be installed with repair to drywall. Upon me reviewing the work done in bathroom came home and found that the shower stall was installed on top of existing drywall, was not put against the corner even (top had gap between stall and wall), floor pan was loose and spongey, and sealant was not holding. Requesting they redo this and only thing done was more sealant put on top of what was already there. The only response I received from owner "Sorry you don't like it" I ask for money to be returned on kitchen repairs and was told that materials had already been ordered and could not return money.
  When started on kitchen had been lied to as there was nothing ordered as yet, there was lady came to house and took measurements again before cabinet door fronts could be ordered. Tile had not been ordered yet either as I had to show them again what I wanted. If I had been told the truth I would not have let them continue.
  Several issues with each step of the kitchen arose, but those were resolved except for the electric. Upon moving a cabinet out to replace with another, an electric outlet was found behind the cabinet, as another cabinet was to be installed, asked if they could bring an electrical outlet up to above counter so that it could be used, which they did. They came back twice as I would not pay them until that outlet worked. It worked for two days and never worked again. I did not want those people back in my house for any further issues.
  My bathroom shower sprang a leak where hot water was coming out of the shower handle, it had ran all day. Plumber had to come after hours to shut water off and is making repairs. I have to have the entire shower replaced, there is water damage to the bathroom sink cabinet, daywall and floor, all to be replaced. Had an electrician come to repair electrical issues in kitchen, when removed cabinet found where wires had all been tied together, neutral wire fell out upon opening area and wrong wire had been used to run up to the new wall outlet.
