This hotel has by far the worst service ever. I have been to many hotels and I have never been treated like the women did at this hotel. She can care less she is in customer service. When I made the reservation I made a mistake and I owned up to it but long story short she lied to me to get the room key back and then told me she was canceling my reservation. Leaving my family with no hotel in a city we did not live in. I started reading reviews and wow she is the worst. We have no clue how she is still running a hotel. She will hear from me again. And other places I contact. Things she said to my husband when he asked about what policy we broke and she said "go ask your wife" he said i am asjing you and she tried to leave and he said please dont walk out. He asked again and she said look online. And he said i dont have my phone. When he worked something out he said let me go talk to my wife and she said if you walk out i will cancel your reservation. I saw a cockroch and i heard mice. When my other party decided not to stay there because of he rudness and said cancel one of the rooms she said no refund you did not give 72 hour notice. She was so unpleasant ro deal with that my son clogged the toilet and we did not want to talk to her in fear of her kicking us out again. Because before that I read the reviews and knew it could be possible. Horrible, awful experience in my life. And on top of that I started all my complaints and I get a call saying f*** off and f*** you then hangs up on me. The number came from the hotel. Something needs to be done about this placem
