4 starsThe tech that came out for my heat pump maintenance was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. I appreciated the reports via email and some pictures were provided but not sure that the pictures really mean anything to me. I was also told the company cannot sent out reminders for service as was done in the past and I find this a bit disappointing but overall was very satisfied with the service.

1 starThe unit they installed lasted only 3y.They blame it on not having maintenance. However, the technicians Where at my house 3 times.They said, 'it is like a new car.....'You will be the judge.Buckeye Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

According to our records, we installed the new system in August of 2019. We have not been to the home prior to a service call in May of 2022. All HVAC systems are required to have maintenance. this system has not had any maintenance. During the service calls in 2022 we have spoken to the client regarding this. We quoted the repairs as a parts only warranty due to this. Once explained regarding the maintenance membership it was signed up for but has since been cancelled.
