      Terrible! They did 3 crowns for me and supposedly submitted an estimate to my insurance company, which came back $0 owed. Fast forward a few months and i got a bill for $2800 dollars. They didnt submit a bill after the first crown, so i mistakenly and stupidly assumed that i owed nothing. Bad, *********. Dont go there. I had to choose at least one star or I would have chosen 0 stars

      I can't believe there still in business, overall experience is "zero"!! I am on ******** and before I had any procedure done I made sure with ******** and a loan I took out that the amount they quoted was paid in full, however not only did they receive the money but my bridge took forever!!! They never kept in touch with me regarding my bridge and when it would be delivered. I had to call continually for several weeks. Now that the work is finally done they have now billed me for an additional $2152. I have tried to contact them 7 times now regarding this bill with no call back. I'm on ******** and I have family and friends buying my food at this point. This is why I made sure they received the amount quoted. I have no idea what I'm going to do. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. I put one star because they required it and they don't have a -100 !!

      I would give zero. First, we schedule appropriately for my kids to get their cleaning while I get mine. Instead everytime it turns into each one getting done one at a time so our 1.5 hour visit turns into 3 hours. The staff is rude and acts like they have never been around kids before. Second, I paid in full for my cavity procedure. I asked the office to run the benefits prior and paid at time of visit two weeks later. I received 4 months. Yes 4 months later that I owed more. Not only that but already marked past due and hit my credit because their office and billing are unprofessional. Patients ask you to run it prior for accuracy. This practice does everything to charge you beyond what they should. Their excuse is that insurance came back and didnt cover the rest. After I asked them to get the information prior, I dont believe you. The staff is rude and inexperienced. Do not go here.

      I am very disappointed in the service I have been receiving. I went in for an appointment April 24th and was told I would be getting my trays in 2 weeks, it’s going on 7 weeks. I am also disappointed in the fact that when I started at this office they were open 5 days a week now they are open 3 days a week which is inconvenient to patients, especially those who work. And to top it all off, I try to get in today, which is one of the 3 days they are supposed to be open and they tell me that they are once again not in the office. To be open only 2 days a week makes things extremely hard on patients
