Shady company. Absolutely nothing on the website means anything until it comes to their money back guarantee. I have one cat with no preexisting issues with his kidneys or unitary tract. I tried the standard & the XL with fine grain silica litter. 1. The standard litter box does not fit cats under 20 pounds because it barely fit my 14 pound cat. So have fun spending 70 dollars every 2-3 weeks on an XL one so your cat can actually move around. It’s stated on the website that it will fit up to 20 pound cats. 2. The fine grain silica litter is awful. In the standard box, it lasts 2 weeks. In the XL, it lasts 3 weeks. It’s stated on the website that this is supposed to last a month. Neither did. The room we keep the litter pan in now reeks of cat pee. 3. The customer service is abysmal. I sent an inquiry on Monday asking someone to please reach out because I’m having really bad litter issues. The website states they respond within a few hours. Well, a full day passes. No response. I sent 2 follow up emails & finally got a response from someone who never read my first inquiry because they asked questions that would’ve been answered if they read the first message. I answered them, & then she tells me that they’ll cover the cost of a standard litter box, but I’ll have to pay the extra difference it is to upgrade to an XL. How kind of them!!! Since their money back guarantee states that you can only get money back on the first box you ordered, if you’re still unhappy? They pretty much just say “that *****. Here’s 28 dollars!” & that I should switch to not fine grain silica & just the regular silica & that’ll fix all my issues! Yeah. Right. I had selected the diatomite option, but apparently even though it states “maximum order control” on the website. That’s not true according to their customer service rep. But once you try to get your money back in any capacity? The website holds true! Such a waste of $105. On a product that doesn’t work & customer service to match.
