      Definitely the worst company that you can imagine, their crew didn't take any care when loading my belongs into the truck they were literally throwing everything without any organization at all, which got most of the things damage during its travel. They damaged my walls during the pick up, had one member of their crew the entire time on his mobile phone, didn't pick a single box and saw him dozens of time after his partners just asking "How much will I get paid for this work", I was told that was his 1st day, by the way. After all this frustration and disappointment, I called their customer service and they weren't paying attention at all in everything that happen, as bad as the experience, they were just worried about collecting the payment, even mentioning that member of their crew hadn't worked at all, so they just send your home random guys that has no experience, responsibility and commitment at all, but they do want get paid as they would. Believe me, avoid this company as much as you can and safe yourself from bad experience like mine, this company is a shame.

      Honestly wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it were possible. They were hired to move out my roommate out of my home while I was at work. Within a half hour of them arriving, they covered all 3 security cameras in my house. All of my cameras are clearly labelled as my property (no chance of it being confused with the roommate’s.) I called the main number for MAS to ask their protocol in a situation like this. They said they didn’t have one. I spoke to law enforcement before going home myself, on my lunch break, to remove the covers and tell them they had to stay on. I left, and they covered them again. Not saying that my ex-roommate didn’t say anything, but the cameras have audio and I did not hear or see the roommate ask them to tamper with the cameras. Only the movers are seen covering the cameras with a hat, a glove, and a drawstring bag. I still have the camera footage. Incredibly shady. Would not recommend to anyone.

      I recently needed to have some large furniture moved from the upper floor of my home to the downstairs. Cameron and Quincy came to do this and they did a very nice job. They arrived within the time window given. They were polite and efficient. Nothing was broken, no walls were scratched. The job was done very well. I would recommend them.

      I would put no stars if possible. We used Moving Ahead Services at the end of Sept, 2022. An employee decided to move a 76” high cabinet with glass doors himself. There were two other employees helping with the move but they were not present at the time of the incident. The employee dropped the piece and caused a lot of damage. The estimate to replace was $3000. I found a reputable furniture restoration person for $750. Jerome, the General Manager accused us of extortion because we wanted the company to pay $750. He said that we should have purchased additional insurance even though their employee was at fault. The insurance would have cost $200 plus the deductible. Adam, the VP of corporate in Cleveland was to call us back within 48 hrs. He has never called even though we have followed up with additional phone calls. Jeff Collins, the President is never available. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

      I experienced the worst move ever with this company. Also, they have refused, short of a lawsuit, to resolve the issues that resulted in my rating. We moved on March 9, 2022. During the move floors were unprotected and gouged and scratched and walls were also scratched and gouged. A 3 piece wall unit was ripped apart without the connecting bolts removed. In addition, 2 of the 6 glass doors were broken. A dryer and freezer were both damaged and the freezer stopped working. Parts were left anywhere. For example, 2 futons were taken apart. At the new house futon parts were found in the garage, some in the kitchen and others in the basement. Shelves to a bookcase were not found. Trash was left behind in our yard after they left. This is not a comprehensive list, just the major highlights. I filed a claim, and almost 4 months later here are the results. The damages to floors and walls cost over $1600 to fix. They offer $0 to repair. The bookcase cost $1100 30 years ago, and $7000 to replicate. They offer $850. The freezer reimbursement offer was $60. I elected $10,000 insurance, but you see the results of my claim submission. Here is Moving Ahead's last reply to me: If you still do not find our current offer to be acceptable, the next step would be to begin the arbitration procedure, as outlined in the documentation you have already received. If you have any questions regarding this process, I would be happy to assist in any way possible.. Thank you, General Manager movingaheadservices.com The character of any company is evident in how they respond when they make a mistake. You judge for yourself. My advice, buyer be very aware with Moving Ahead!

      Low & Level isn't always the case. When others consider your task too difficult or even undoable, get a full assessment from Moving Ahead Services. The PA.Team (Jim & Jason) were Professional, Considerate & Courteous and accomplished my task effortlessly.

      We needed a little assistance putting a large heavy dresser on our truck today. I happen to see a young man loading another truck, Victor was such a wonderful person offered to help us right away!! He got that dresser up on the truck lickity split!! What a wonderful person to lend us a hand and with a smile!!
