BED BUGS!!! ROACHES!!! And Prostitution!! NO (USABLE) POOL, NO Breakfast and very very bad tasting coffee!!! We were warm welcomed and greeted by reception. After dinner with friends, we looked forward to a great night sleep!! Unfortunately, this is where the horrors begins, I pulled back the sheets, taking a small nap and soon woke to BED BUG bites on my feet, legs, and torso. My wife went to take a shower and found roaches in the wall corners. We immediately went to office and was instructed to switch rooms and speak with management the next morning. SWITCHING ROOMS did not help, as we HAD THE SAME - BED BUGS and ROACHES in the following room ALSO!!! Calmly speaking with reception, quickly turned into a complete denial, as they refused any responsibility!! We requested a refund and was denied, we requested any possible complementary and this was denied. As we watched majority of the staff (which they confirmed was family members, living on the premises), we ended leaving, uncompensated for the horrific stay!! THIS IS ONLY HALF of the experience, as there was a fight that broke out near our room, we quickly came to realize, the on-going traffic of different men entering the same room, every 30 minutes to an hour, with ONLY one female in the room, while a Black SUV staid outside (across from the room), taking cash (possible payments) from each man - that went into the same room, we came to realize as this went on ALL NIGHT, prostitution was occurring. We notified front desk of the actions, but was told, as they are paid customers, this sort of actions is allowed and none of their concern nor business, as was best for us to ignore. Upon leaving the next morning, the smell of paraphernalia consumed the air as we watched, confirmed family members, cleaning other units with dirty towels and disgusting toilet bowl brushes!! Do yourself a favor and AVOID BOOKING HERE!!!
