- Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your purchase in the complete and original packaging together with all accessories, software and manuals with your original sales invoice within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item purchased or refund your money at our discretion. Computers, Laptops, Servers, Notbooks, Tablets, Batteries and special order items must be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase and can only be exchanged for same item or store credit. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to refund requests. Used equipment and software are not returnable and sold as-is. For service warranty, see Mann Limited Service Warranty (LSW) for details. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
