    Overall, I regret doing business with **** Fiorello and his sons. In my opinion, he is a liar and a thief. He lied stating he could start my project the first to second week of Aug. He started the middle of Sept. He lied saying it would take 4 days to complete. From when he started, it took 1 month and I am still missing pieces to my deck. **** fails to communicate with his clients often not showing up at all or explaining when he hopes to come and get the work done. What little work he does do is with absolutely poor craftsmanship (several handfuls of nails/screws in driveway/yard, missing pieces, incorrectly installed boards so that ink text is upright and visible, incorrect screws used, mismatched cuts, cracked railings, several scratches on multiple pieces, scratched lattice work, etc etc etc etc). When he did work with his crew, I often had to apologize to my neighbors because there was an extreme amount of inappropriate cussing and screaming between workers which the 2 year old next door does not need to hear. They left their trash (beer cans, cigarettes, everything else), in the yard and then wouldn't return for weeks on end leaving it to blow into the ***** + my neighbors yard for me to clean ***** the end, I only have so many characters to detail what should be a novel. I am taking the time to post this in hopes I save someone else out there the absolute nightmare I've gone through dealing with **** and his sons. Please avoid Fiorello Custom Deck and Fence in **** AT ALL COSTS!
