            Prior to the new alleged billing issues a lock was put on my unit where I was unable to access. I attempted to contact the business immediately but they were closed during normal business hours due to short staff notice on front door. In the meantime my mother was in a horrible car accident out of town and I had to leave immediately. I then came back and tried to access unit again so I could get items and return back to mother in hospital out of town and they were closed again for same reason as before short staff. I then contacted emergency after hour number left message explaining I had family emergency and needed to get in right away. Never was contacted back. There were late charges added to my account and I went back in today to explain situation. I was rudely addressed by empathetic manager and interrogated on my wereabouts during grace period and after,after I continuously kept saying “I was with my mother out of town as result of very bad car accident”.
