    Replaced my transmission in February with a faulty used transmission that lasted 5 months , then refused to replace it. This company is the biggest scam Ive dealt with in my lifetime,in my ********** business has had to shut down bc I dont have 5700 more dollars for a transmission that only lasted 5k miles and 5 months .

    If allowed on this site I would leave negative stars. This company National Auto Care, ************* should not be in business and should have their licensing revoked from CA state **** of Insurance. This company is collecting money at dealerships with a contract for *** coverage, in their contract it specifies everything that a total loss claim covers and does not cover. In my total loss claim, I have submitted all the documentation and made multiple calls, experiencing long holds then speaking with different people none of them knew their own companies' policies and procedures. I had to provide a copy to them of my original contract. My loan balance at the time of my total loss was 49k, my insurance company paid almost 43k, then there was a balance of 8k I went to the dealership and cancelled service contracts, and they refunded the loan 3k leaving 4800 left on the loan for *** to cover. GAP gave me a estimate of covering ****** of that. When i asked for a detailed breakdown and explanation their summary does not add up to this 312. in fact, if they alone just paid the deductible, as mentioned in their contract that would result in a credit of 1k not 312. The claims adjuster stated they do cover the deductible, yet this estimate does not show that nor is it showing they are covering the remaining balance and difference of the loan minus all credits as they have listed in their contract, they breached their contract and are a fraud company. I will be filing suit for the difference this has been such a stressful cumbersome process and unfortunate experience. We purchase these coverages and pay for them as a safety to be used in a time of need never actually thinking or wanting to ever use it but when involved in such a tragic event the least companies can do is hold their end of their own contract and agreement.

    I have NAC (NARV) for my RV. To date they have paid 0% of one claim and 40% of another. The towing and road service is difficult to access. Getting through to a live person takes a minimum five voice promps, one AI session, and finally 10+ minutes on hold. My most recent claim for a failed fuel system component on my Cummins engine took FOUR phone calls on my part before repairs could even begin and resulted in the company only patlying 40% of the total claim. This was at a certified *********************** On a positive note, all NAC employees were polite and explained policy in detail. My next RV will NOT be covered by NAC. It would be simpler and more cost effective to maintain a savings account to use directly with the service provider.

    ZERO STARS!!!!!Im currently dealing with NAC on my Jeep. 2 months ago I took my Jeep to a licensed repair shop because it was overheating. We were told cylinders 2 and 4 were bad but instead of replacing the motor like the repair shop recommended, NAC told them to replace the head gaskets. We had to pay $1,700 out of pocket. About 4 weeks later, my Jeep was back at the repair shop where its been going on 5 weeks. The repair shop has done everything that NAC has asked them to do but NAC keeps asking for more things to be done. They sent an ********* out after they were advised to tear down the motor. The repair shop tore the motor down just as they did the original time it was there. And just like the original *********, this second ********* asked why it was torn down. I have had a rental car for 4 weeks which I have to pay out of pocket since NAC has not authorized my claim. This is the worst experience have ever had! NAC makes you jump through hoops just to get an answer. My feeling is that they are prolonging this just to deny me. This company SHOULD NOT be in business!!!

    There is no phone number to contact them. I have been trying to use my gap to pay the remaining balance on my totaled vehicle since March! When I email them the attitude I get through the emails is so unprofessional it is ridiculous! I am alrighty lawyering up to sue the at fault driver in my accident and have no issue on doing the same for this company.

    If ZERO stars were an option, thats what Id choose. I have had my car for 1 year, while its been in the shop 5.5 months of this time. Currently it sits in the shop with the claim being denied. I have reached out to an attorney for small claims court. I pay for the ***************************, the highest, extended warranty and have been given the run around as well as the service department of where my car is at. My technician said what the warranty ********* claims, is not accurate. Which makes sense since the 2nd ********* said there was no carbon buildup, as the first one claimed. I have both ********* notes handy, to which I will use to further this process to the highest extent. I do not recommend at all. Maybe, they will reconsider before legal action is in motion.

    This place is a joke. This extended service contract was added without my knowledge to my used car I just bought. This was an additional $2200+ added to the total amount financed. This warranty doesnt cover any of the main issues it would be needed for. I was only given page 1 of 10 of the contract so I did not even have the full contract to understand what I agreed to much less what the guidelines were to make a claim or anything else. I just happened to find a full contract that someone posted online. It says it can be canceled within 30 days to get a full refund so I called the number listed on the 1st page & get disconnected every single time I call. Theres no option to speak with anybody. Its an automated system & will not direct you to anyone, no matter what option you choose. This is set up like this intentionally to make it difficult to cancel or even get approval for repairs to be approved for coverage. This is ridiculous! Do not get fooled in to this trap like i did! It will cost you. this warranty wasnt even necessary bc my car came as pre certified & is supposed to be under warranty for 7yrs/100k miles. Stay away from this sorry excuse for a legit business.
