    I purchase 3 Gazebos from two different Big Lot stores. I never took possion of any of the Gazebos, instead requested a refund by filling out a refund request form for all three.1. I WAS refunded for one Gazebo in the amount of $REMOVEDon July 3rd, 2024. 2. I WAS also finally refunded for a 2nd Gazebo on Oct. 23rd. 2024 in the amount of REMOVED3. I never received the refund for the 3rd. Gazebo in the SAME amount as Gazebo no. 1 of $ REMOVED.I believe the problem is that Big Lots shows one a refund of $REMOVEDand is thinks this is their proof however, they are not realising that i purchased TWO gazebos at the EXACT SAME PRICE yet they only refunded 1 gazebo at REMOVED.I made numerous attempts to resove this issue and in 2024. I was promised an investigation numerous times, each resulting in Big Lots finding the ONE refund of REMOVEDand closing the case each time. REMOVEDhas now closed its stores.

    I am writing to bring to your attention a fraudulent account that has been opened in my name. I am a victim of identity theft and did not authorize the opening of this account. Below are the details of the fraudulent account:Creditor Name: CCB/BIGLOTS Opened Date:5/2/2020 Account Number: REMOVEDI kindly request that you close this account immediately and remove any negative information associated with it from my credit report. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide confirmation of the account's closure and any relevant documentation related to the fraudulent activity.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your immediate action and confirmation.

    They are not honoring gift cards that I bought last year. I know they're in bankruptcy, but as long as stores are still open (they are!!) they should still honor gift cards.

    Back in 2024 I purchased a REMOVED15foot Triple Vent Market Umbrella at my local Big Lots! Store, and over a course of a few months I had received refund/exchange for a new Umbrella, same type, color and style but I had to travel to another Big Lots! store because of lack of available Inventory, stock and after unpacking the replacement Umbrella and months passing it to also had defects and by the time I tried to seek another resolution the Big Lot's store started closing all over and I did not have any real recourse but to go after this REMOVED, or REMOVED(not to sure about company name or whereabouts, but I continue calling and calling and emailing over and over for many months and of course into 2025 until the latest call on 6/10/2025 I have yet to receive any promised call back or response to my emails, etc. In my emails I am following their instructions by sending the pictures of the defective Umbrella but I never here from these people. All I was wanting is to get a replacement Umbrella or the over $259 refund back to me and they can take back the bad defective Umbrella product

    On 6/21/2025 I Purchased a standing fan from Big Lots for less than $30. I set up the fan on Monday 6/23/2025 and began using it. After approximately two hours of use the fan shut off and began heavily smoking and emitting a smell of burning plastic. I immediately unplugged the fan and called the Big Lots store where it was purchased. I asked for a refund of my money since the product was ineffective and a safety hazard. Since I could not find my original receipt they could offer no solutions other than exchanging the product. I reached out to corporate customer service looking for a resolution and was also told there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. An honorable business should offer a refund for such a dangerous product and even consider removing this product from the shelf and discontinuing sales. If I had not caught this early on it would have easily caused a house fire.

    I bought a living room suite with big lots on REMOVEDHighway I have the warranty I paid a lot money for and the couch recliner has never been right since they delivered it and now it doesnt want to recline at all it makes a bad popping noise also . I had reached out to somone several times about fixing this and never got help . Now the store is closed . What can I do to have somone come look at my couch .?
