Back in 2024 I purchased a ****** 15foot Triple Vent Market Umbrella at my local Big Lots! Store, and over a course of a few months I had received refund/exchange for a new Umbrella, same type, color and style but I had to travel to another Big Lots! store because of lack of available Inventory, stock and after unpacking the replacement Umbrella and months passing it to also had defects and by the time I tried to seek another resolution the Big Lot's store started closing all over and I did not have any real recourse but to go after this **************, or *********** (not to sure about company name or whereabouts, but I continue calling and calling and emailing over and over for many months and of course into 2025 until the latest call on 6/10/2025 I have yet to receive any promised call back or response to my emails, etc. In my emails I am following their instructions by sending the pictures of the defective Umbrella but I never here from these people. All I was wanting is to get a replacement Umbrella or the over $259 refund back to me and they can take back the bad defective Umbrella productInitial Complaint

On 6/21/2025 I Purchased a standing fan from Big Lots for less than $30. I set up the fan on Monday 6/23/2025 and began using it. After approximately two hours of use the fan shut off and began heavily smoking and emitting a smell of burning plastic. I immediately unplugged the fan and called the Big Lots store where it was purchased. I asked for a refund of my money since the product was ineffective and a safety hazard. Since I could not find my original receipt they could offer no solutions other than exchanging the product. I reached out to corporate customer service looking for a resolution and was also told there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. An honorable business should offer a refund for such a dangerous product and even consider removing this product from the shelf and discontinuing sales. If I had not caught this early on it would have easily caused a house fire.Initial Complaint

I bought a living room suite with big lots on ***** Highway I have the warranty I paid a lot money for and the couch recliner has never been right since they delivered it and now it doesnt want to recline at all it makes a bad popping noise also . I got approved for a big lots credit card, and made several purchases on the card and the card issued, when making a purchase on items over a certain amount, the items will be on a 6 to 12 month promotion deal on all items purchased over$150 dollars, I purchased an item for over $647,paid it off with no interest because so long as you pay your purchased items off within the time period, you owed no interest, next item purchased was over$300, dollars paid it off early to avoid interest, the business was closing down in 2 weeks, and before it did I purchased an item of $188 dollars a week before the store closed, I also used the card on smaller priced items,so after making these purchases, I had a bill of around $450, when I made these purchases I asked the store manager will I have a certain time to pay for the purchased items before interest is included, I was told no interest if paid within a 6 to 12 months times frame, just like the other items I had bought the same way,and I paid off everything before and never had to pay interest on the items because I paid them off within the time frame, but when I made my 1st payment on the Last purchased items on 02/15/2025,of $****** THAT would have are was the amount that qualified for no interest for 6 to ******************************************************************************************************************************************* on something That I bought 2 months ago, on a big lots credit card that I used before under the terms of no interest, if paid in full within 6 to 12 months, and I even asked the if I paid the $ ****** dollars out of the $441.92 dollars I owe would they stop the interest and the said no you still have to pay interest and this is not what the credit card issued was ever applied to, I feel because they closed down in February of 2025, the are trying to charge as much as they can, and they are reopening the same store this next month May 2025, under new owner ship,
