5 starsWe purchased four windows and a large sliding door a while back. The installers did a fantastic job and went above and beyond the call of duty on the install. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism that we received.

1 starnot happy with the service nor their shady financing that they offer. our kitchen window was not thoroughly caulked and the work crew never even mentioned that they did not finish it and the bedroom window the weather stripping was manufactured a little wonky to where it will catch when you open the window. we decided to use their financing just out of convivence only to find out that salal credit union put a lien on our house and then requested that we pay 98.00 for some form that we did not even request from the ohio *** statement request. if the salesman would have stated that using their finance company that there would be a lien put on our home i would have said no we will go to our bank and get a personal loan or a secured loan on our own and once we get that we would move forward but this was not stated in any type of verbiage to let us know this would be a good possibility that it would happen until after the window were installed and then we get letters in the mail that they have put a lien on our home. we emailed the company after we got the lien on the house with all of these problems and no response was given. i even posted on the face book page about the shady financing that they offer and no response either. so the only thing i can say is make sure you watch the workers and look at the windows closely and DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCING!!! we will be going to to our bank to refi our house and add in the window loan (which we did not want to do but are now forced to do) to pay off their financing through the shady credit union that they use to get rid of the lien that is now on our house.Review fromMichelle D

5 starsI started by getting referrals, and choose a couple of window replacement companies, to come out and do their presentation, along with having them give me pricing. Once I decided to go with Universal Windows Direct, it has been a very smooth, trouble, free replacement process. Rob W***, the person I signed the contract with, was able to match a competitors price, because they were not the cheapest. Rob also gave me his cell number. Each time I called with questions, he answered my questions and reassured me. I have had my new Universal Windows Direct windows installed for about 1-1/2 weeks, so far I love the look and haven’t had any issues.
