  Started out great even getting a good discount through a referral. Ended up very upset with the charges added. We are fine paying $200 extra to clean up even though we spent 10 minutes cleaning before getting off. We are fine with paying $200 extra for an hour, even though the hourly rate was $150 and they were 10-15 minutes late. What we are not okay with is the driver tip and chauffeur fees added after. We gave the driver Tracy $200 in cash while getting off. However, she told the company we didn’t tip her. They said someone wrote on the receipt add $100 tip, then once we asked for a picture of it they said it was verbal. They said they “raised” the chauffeur fee to $195, when they just added an additional chauffeur fee to the $150 chauffeur fee we had already paid. Then they added $100 because the driver said someone told to, even though me, the cardholder, never heard or saw this. We’re fine paying the additional $400, not the ** $300 and being told we lied about tipping. We’ve never had a bad experience with this company until now, but there are others to choose from that don’t make up charges after and change the answer 3 times. Shouldn’t take your employees word for it every time. Very unsatisfied.

  *****, We have emailed you a break down of charges. Your original contract is for 5 hours at $1,158.75. If you divide that by 5 hours you get an hourly all inclusive rate of $231.75. You went over your time by 1.5 hours which would add $347.63. Your total new cost is $1,506.38 + $250 clean up fee + $100 tip = $1,856.38. When your base price goes up so do all the other fees, like tax, chauffeur fee, fuel. It is simple math. Your credit card was billed 3 times. 6/6 $1,158.75, 6/10 $295, 6/13 $402.63 these charges equal $1,856.38. We have reviewed the videos in the bus and no one gave the driver money. If you do not want to tip her the 9% offered we will refund it. The music is very loud in the videos and it is hard to hear what was said at the end of the night by ******** We have called her and left a voicemail with no reply. She never got out of her seat because she was fearful of your group. You were very inappropriate the entire night. Had *** in our bus, swung from the poles, threw glasses and drinks everywhere, got into a physical fight because men were touching other woman's wives inappropriately. Your group was a nightmare, sloppy drunk and could hardly walk. if anything you should get 1 start. We will never rent to you again. Videos do not lie, we trust our driver. We have copies of our contract that we can provide to prove the cost and charges, we can also email you the videos.
