Refund and Exchange Policy
We personally inspect each item prior to shipping. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us for an exchange request and our return mailing address. We will be happy to exchange merchandise that was damaged in shipping or is defective, with a similarly priced product. Exchanges must be reported/initiated within 48 hours of receipt of your
order and completed/returned within 5 business days (based on tracking number) of receipt of your order. The products must be in their original packaging and unused. We will not refund shipping charges unless the exchange was due to our error. If the product arrived correctly and you just do not want it anymore you can still return it but you will be responsible for return shipping.
