    Ive been on several trips with Bonnies Tours to REMOVED. Each one went smooth and was so fun. Shes always there to answer questions and she works with almost any accommodation you may have. We cant wait to go on more adventures with this company.

    The trip started out bad and continued to get worse. The unplanned stops due to the car sickness of someone in the bus along with a medical emergency of another passenger created this. Nobody on the bus understood why both of these passengers were allowed to continue on the trip. The gentleman with the medical emergency should have been made to take the ambulance. If I were in charge of the trip I would not have wanted the liability of someone with a potential issue continuing after a squad had to be called. In addition to this, how would you feel if you were forced to sit around the vomiting lady. I might add at the stop that we made after this she sprawled her vomit covered shirt across the sink while she changed shirts and several passengers didn’t wash their hands because it was right where they needed to be.
    When they finally said that we were going to be really late and not staying over, we made other travel arrangements in attempt to salvage some kind of trip. Unfortunately by this time we could not cancel our 911 tickets at $33 each along with $164 for both of us to hop on and off the bus. These were planned through you with your timing because of the lady (Miranda) that you said to use. We didn’t even ride the bus home which from what we understand did not even make it back until after 5:00 - 6 hours late. This was the biggest waste of money and worst trip that I have ever taken. This was a Birthday gift for my daughter, Christmas and my Christmas gift. No body Bonnie or Columbus motor coach wants to take responsibility I’m also finding it very hard to believe your REMOVEDpage where your company logo is (I have a copy below in case you want to see it) and that your Christian based company that’s also not giving me very good vibes on everything that’s happened and all the follow up information I’ve seen. This was supposed to be very special for my daughter and I and it definitely wasn’t. We deserve restitution for our travel expenses.

    We had 4 medical emergencies before 7:30am on Saturday morning one of which required the REMOVEDto be called. The gentleman with the medical emergency was cleared in writing to continue on the trip by the REMOVEDpersonnel. Each customer is very important to us, and we put their needs ahead of any scheduled itinerary. Although out of my control I understand that these did cause a delay in arriving in REMOVED. We did extend our departure time to allow for the late arrival and giving each customer 12 hours in REMOVEDper the itinerary. This is an example of why I have in writing that all times are approximate and subject to change. I also have in writing that I do not recommend making early reservations. Per the bus company's policy all buses must stay together, and this is why all 5 buses had to wait at each stop. I am sorry that you felt you were not able to enjoy your trip. We strive to make each trip filled with memories and I do apologize that this trip required us to alter the itinerary.

    I have traveled with Bonnie's tours at least 10 times over the years, I have taken each of my 3 granddaughters individually to New York City for their 10th birthdays, I have accompanied a group of girls for ones 21st birthday to New York City, I've went on her tours with my husband and other family and friends. I have always had an great experience. We had a truck bump our bus leaving the city, we have had people get sick before the issues were handled very efficiently. I would travel and plan to travel with her again. She is a nice, caring and hard working individual that tries her hardest to make her trips a great experience. I get that unfortunately things happen and people get disappointed sometimes but my experience has always been great.

    I recently returned from a trip to NYC with Bonnie’s Tours LLC. I would like to first off state that our itinerary stated we would leave REMOVED at 8pm Friday and would be dropped off near time square Saturday morning at 9am. The buses made stops every two to two and a half hours for restroom breaks which was nice but the places we had stopped with over 260+ people made the lines close to an hour to even use the restroom. The restroom area on the bus had no toiletries or sanitizer to accommodate using it and for the people who did during the trip the foul smell of urine lingered throughout the bus. We also had three emergency stops one including an ambulance. We were unaware of the bus stopping together as there were 5 buses and this caused additional delays. My family of 8 was on this trip together and had reservations for an 11am carriage ride day of arrival which we missed as we didn’t get to NYC until 11:45-12 that day. Those tickets costs $530. This trip had such a poor lack of communication that others on the bus decided to REMOVEDor REMOVED to NYC not to miss things they had already paid for. Once dropped in NYC we dropped a pin for our pick up location as it was supposed to be the same spot. Later that day we got a message stating the pick up time was changed from 9:45 to 12 midnight leaving us filling in the gaps for time. There were several miscommunications on this trip leading to loss of money and a spoiled trip to say the least. We then were given the wrong pick up location leaving our group of 8 basically running through the city for blocks trying to make it back to the bus. We had a horrible 16 hr trip there and back. Not getting back home until 4:30pm Sunday. One of the 5 buses was leaning so bad to the side one wrong turn and it would have flipped. Another bus had hit a scaffolding in NYC and busted a window on the bus. Not once has this company tried to fix discount or make this trip right. Several and I mean several lost money time and experiences.

    My advertisements state that all times are estimated and subject to change. I also state in writing that I do not recommend making early reservations. We had 4 medical emergencies one which required the EMS Squad to be called all before 7:30am on Saturday December 7, 2024. This did cause a 3 hour delay getting into NYC. These emergencies were out of my control. All stops and locations are under the direction of the bus company. Per the bus company's policies any and all concerns or complaints of the bus should be directed to the bus company. The customer paid for 12 hours in NYC so we did extend our departure time so that we could honor that. Everyone was made aware of this time change early in the day so that they could plan accordingly. We had a delay leaving NYC due to the heavy traffic during this time of the year. Any concerns with the bus company should be directed to them.

    Although I understand all times may change this trip was a nightmare for many many people. The fact that REMOVEDTours LLC has not stepped up to take any responsibility is not ok. She has done nothing but try and shove off all issues on the bus company that she also used this past weekend Dec 13th for another trip AGAIN that had issues and many unhappy customers. Although REMOVEDsaid maybe it wasnt a good idea for EARLY reservations I feel 2 hrs is plenty of time to have a delay. I may add only one of the stops was a medical emergency in my opinion due to the fact an ambulance was called. People missed out on hundreds maybe thousands of dollars in reservations. REMOVEDalso has since the trip deleted every negative comment about this situations and offered no resolution to it. In an email from the bus company it clearly stated they did not recommend REMOVEDto stop at gas stations or go into the city during this trip. Those emails also deleted from her page. She has even put limitations on comment sections on her page so people cant share their experiences unless they were good. The reason the bus was delayed on the way home along with traffic is because the bus driver never showed up on time leaving people standing on the streets in the cold for nearly an hour waiting and then again one of the bus drivers hit a scaffolding in the city causing a window to be broke out. Although this isnt all REMOVEDshe has been in business several years and how she showed no accountability just reflects on her and her business. This was a nightmare trip that my group of eight would have clearly never paid for or went on if we had known this prior. This trip was a total of 16 hours there and 16 hrs home due to lack of planning and poor communication.

    Bonnie’s Tour is a joke. I recommend others to steer clear. I took a trip to NYC on December 6-December 8 with 6 other adults and 1 minor. We were all told to meet at REMOVED parking lot in chillicothe where we boarded the buses. 5 to be exact. We made it not far into columbus. when one individual had puked on themselves and we took an unexpected stop. Where we unloaded all 5 buses at this point to stay on track the individual that puked and the ones around them should of been the ones to exit. Every bathroom break was at a truck gas station that had 3 bathroom stalls. Then, we were about 2 and a half hours away from our last stop when another medical emergency happened when the squad and police had to be called and all 5 buses sat at a truck stop for 3+ hours. which sat us 6 hours behind schedule total. Making 280+ people miss already purchased tickets for events in NYC. Myself took it upon my party group to get us off that bus in New Jersey. I paid $600+ dollars to remove all 7 people into two different REMOVED and to a rental car place. Where I then had to pay $80+ to park the rental in a garage in NYC to be able to explore the city. Bonnie will not refund or even give a sincere apology for the issues to be had. Instead she’s been removing and filtering comments on REMOVED to try to savage a reputation she has made upon herself.

    We had 4 emergencies before 7:30am which did cause delays. I have apologized numerous times on my REMOVEDpage and on the phone to you. These issues were out of my control. I have worked with the bus company to identify larger facilities when we have rest stops to prevent overcrowding. I appreciate your comments.
