    7-14-2023 I picked up my truck from dealership. I was having a New transmission put in. My truck transmission was still slipping ( they gave me a 3 year warranty) I took it back. They called and said it was ready. I went to WV on a trip and it started slipping again. I’ve took it back for a 3rd time. One of the employees slipped and said it was a Used transmission after I paid rd for a New one in July. It is still at the dealership now. I need your help. Thanks

    Good morning, I do have the paperwork from Gordon CDJR dealership Washington Courthouse, ohio. That’s who we went thru to have them put a new transmission in our truck. I’m wanting a Refund if they Can’t give me what I Paid for, which is a New Transmission. I won’t deal with anyone else but who I wrote the check to. Thank you Tom McKinley

    I bought a Kia Forte for my 18 yr old granddaughter. They said they would make her payments affordable. Well it sounded like a good deal until we signed the paperwork. The payment was higher than they told us it would be. So we went with it. The next day we tried to get insurance through my insurance company and it was going to be extremely expensive, Because they sold us a high theft auto. She couldn't afford it so 3 days later I took the car back to the dealership said we did not want it because everything was not what she could afford. They refused to take it back, they said I could trade it in for something else. I paid cash for a used car that she could afford the insurance. My son & daughter-in-law needed a car. They went to the car dealer with me and picked out a car. Sold as is. The very next day the check engine light came on, called them they said to bring it in. They had it for 3 days, said it was fixed. Picked it up, fine the next day check engine light came on again. Called the again they said to bring it in. They had it for a week. Drove it for 2 days same thing. They set the reset button on check engine light. Once again same thing. They are not fixing it. They are trying to tell me I owe Dignifi... my first payment is late. When I turned the first car in they said they took care of the down payment. I'm not paying Dignifi check engine light still on. Very poor service. ***** *******
