    I received an email offering a 25% discount offer for supplement called "bee bread" (a combination of bee pollen and honey) and used the link provided in the email that I was sent to order the item with the assurance that the 25% would be taken off at the end of the transaction. I chose to purchase the item because of what it sounded as if it could help with my symptoms. I am a disabled veteran with severe PTSD. I also declined the insurance for the delivery of the product. After I entered my payment information (credit card) the next page said I had just paid for the item with no checking of what was ordered. I then received an order email that showed no discount and a charge for the delivery insurance. I immediately emailed the support department at *************************** and informed them of these two mistakes. Additionally, they had sent me files to download which I did not order either. I informed them of this mistake as well. They replied that they were sorry for the mishap and gave me a discount code to use on my NEXT purchase but no discount on the current purchase as shown in their initial email solicitation nor a refund of my (unordered) shipping insurance. These emails went back and forth several times until I stated outright that I wished for the transaction to be cancelled and my funds returned. That's when their emails ceased. All of this took place in less than 3 hours from my original order and could have easily been solved at that time. Instead, they have chosen to ignore my requests and go on with their efforts to deceive, cheat and defraud me of my $73.43. Please assist. Contacting an attorney will be my next course of action if I cannot have your office assist me with this request.
