  Worst communication from a company I've ever done business with. It all started with them saying originally it would be 4 to 6 weeks after 2 weeks. I sent them an email just to get it time frame of when delivery was. It took a week for them to respond to the two emails I sent saying it would be another 2 to 3 weeks. Well to my surprise that same week I got the email saying 2 to 3 weeks. They called me on Wednesday saying they were going to deliver on Friday and I said I should be home. Well the rest of the day it rained and then it continued the rain the next day. So at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday morning I called to reschedule. They said somebody would get back in touch with me and they did via text .They told me they don't reschedule and then they strong armed me into paying a cancellation fee threatening to take me to court. This company had zero paperwork saying anything about not being able to reschedule and again I never said I wanted to cancel. I literally just said I wanted to reschedule delivery. literally this company did almost zero communication start to finish and is the worst communicators ever.

  The customer purchased a building on June 22nd with a 4 to 6 week time frame we called Wednesday and scheduled delivery he said he was good with delivery and was available anytime we then booked his delivery with others going the same direction and paid for the permits to haul it to his house he called at 6am the day of delivery and decided he was unable to take it and wouldn't work with us at all on delivery after we explained the process and offered several different options for delivery so the order was canceled and we charged the 25% cancelation fee to the customer and moved on as far as communication goes you were right in schedule from your time frame of purchase we dont reach out to the customer until its time for delivery or the customer is out of time frame 

   

  We did nothing wrong you were built and scheduled for delivery right in your time frame and we tried to do everything we could to get you to take it yesterday even offered ro come back free of charge and move it again to avoid any yard damages

  I would highly recommend staying away from this company. We ordered a shed and the sales person told us to get these pavers to place under it to help level the shed in spots. We were very clear that the ground was not level. He said no problem. He also told me to personally message him the Friday before delivery to ensure everything was on schedule. When I messaged him that Friday that should have been the first clue. He said there was nothing that they can do and to call the office. The office is an answering service. Fast forward to delivery day, the driver broke the shed taking it off of the truck. They tried to level it and fix it. Instead of fixing it the right way, they brought a worker out to shave a section off of the door since he would not close. ??????? so now the door is not square and still wont close. They were to come back out to fix it. Nobody showed up. The driver promised that he would be back out Saturday to fix the s***** job that they placed the blocks under the shed, which was still not level. I had to get a hold of the owner, which is not friendly at all. He said that I lied about the whole thing, that his salesman would never tell us that they would level it. This is our first time buying a shed like this, had I known I needed to level the ground myself prior to delivery, I would have had it done. I paid another contractor to come out to level this POS of a shed. The shed twisted and is pure garbage. The owner said its my fault and will not honor the warranty. The driver broke the shed taking it off of the trailer, thats the issue! So now we are stuck with a shed that cost over 6k that we cant even use because the doors wont close. DO NOT use! I also have pictures of the damage when it was dropped off and now.

  Recently received my shed that I ordered from steel city sheds. The ordering process was easy but thats the only part that was. There was an extremely large amount of miscommunication between the sales consultant and the owner or office. I called to make a change in my build weeks before I was told it was complete but I was told it was probably already finished so no changes were possible. I find out a week later(a day before I set up delivery) that theyre actually building my shed that day. At that point I requested to make the change of moving the man door to the opposite side, which was then changed. I realized once I saw the shed in person the door was backwards. (Swinging the wrong way) Im guessing its because they used the original door that was supposed to go on the other side instead of using a new door with the hinges on the proper side. The owner told ******* how its supposed to be. Which is incorrect. When the shed arrived the two gentleman proceeded to put the shed where I requested. In the process that absolutely obliterated my yard, destroyed my platform I spend many weeks building and damaged the shed with the forks of the machine. I had to break out my own equipment to move the shed because they were stumped and were untrained in my opinion on how to properly place the shed. Once entering the shed I realized it was full of sawdust, 2x4 cut offs and broken nails all over the floor. Which is terrible practice. They also forget a free ramp that I was promised and made me show them proof that I was promised one because my word wasnt good enough I guess. I got in contact with the owner and he offered me $100 for some grass seed never did he apologize for anything that happened. I went with steel city sheds because they had the best price I could find but if I were to do it again I would much rather spend more and receive better service and communication elsewhere. I would never recommend this company to anymore.

  We advised the customer we are not responsible for his yard damage and i even told the customer myself he could wait if he'd like but he said he wanted to get delivered so we did his pad was unlevel and whoever build his platform had no idea what they were doing we gave the customer a door at cost because he didn't wanna pay the upgrade and then complained about how the door swung he never specified he wanted it to swing a certain way just that he wanted a man door we changed the building 3 times for him and made sure he was satisfied before the the order was started for build he was very rude to myself and our driver we did everything we could to get his building properly place and made him we'll aware ahead of time that the yard could get damaged and we could wait until it was dry he insisted we delivered so we did not one other customer has complained about there yard being damaged he ripped us off for ****** dollars and still won't pay us

  Please do not use this company they have crapy customer service and told me I was trying to do a bait and switch when am trying to get them to do what’s right on my contract and to talk to me in person to try to explain they was very upsetting trying to get them to understand my view and for them to tell me it’s a bait and switch. They do not stand good with anything. Also I think they have 2 1-2 stars for reviews and this is the reason why. Absolutely strongly agree that this business will not stand by the customer and should not have business done with them. They will not answer there phone but will argue thru text and not help you.

  Shed was not the color that I wanted. I chose a color that was sent to me by the salesperson. I have reached out to them numerous times and now have been blocked. They did not attempt to remediate this problem at all. They could have even sent me the correct color, and I would have repainted myself. Horrible customer service!

  Customer ordered a building through pictures and was showed upon delivery it was the same color she purchased she agreed and paid in full then went on a paid ad and had 20 of her friends comment to all the people telling them not to buy she could of easily called me and we would of worked out a remedy for us both

  We are 100% satisfied with our shed purchase. I read a lot of reviews that made me nervous but for the price (about 1/2 their competition and free delivery) I figured we would take a chance. I ordered a 8x12 shed. They told me 2-4 weeks and it was delivered just 11 days after I ordered. The driver was a little late but he was driving from across the state with an oversized load doing multiple deliveries, that was not surprising. Additionally the driver texted me informing me that he would be a little late. The quality is great for the price (they don't advertise that it's Amish built, I don't know why people are upset that it's not?) and I believe this will last a long time. We just had them set the shed on the grass. The guy delivering even helped me get it level with blocks and was EXTREMELY helpful. I write this review to just let people know that they don't have to be worried about buying from this company. Everything from customer service, delivery, and quality is exceptional. Thank you!

  **100% NOT AMISH BUILT**Purchased a 10 x 12 gazebo from ******* on the marketplace.Was told a 2 to 3 week delivery time Took 4 weeks. Was told delivery would be from 3 to 6Pm. After trying to reach ******* and the owner multiple times and never receiving anything back, we finally got a call from the driver telling us it would be there at 9 PM!Told us the owner should have called us and let us know but he didnt.****** finally delivered Wrong roof color Missing the gate Nails sticking out everywhere Board cut uneven But falsely advertised as ***** built.Tried calling ******* and the owner again and still have never heard anything back from the shady company, but they had no problem.   ********** This Company advertises on the ******** marketplace under several aliases and will Block and Delete anyone who asked questions or has concerns to keep thier ratings looking good.   Delivered wrong shed due to *******'s mistake. One of the guys came back out to install the windows in the shed they delivered, as the one i purchased on the lot had windows, and of course they were black and not white trim like the shed was. They said the would bring some paint along with the ramp promised to me that had been placed in the shed by myself and ******* the day of purchase. After several calls and texts there is still no ramp and no one seems to know what happened or how I ended up with the wrong shed in the first place. The ramp is in the shed that I bought on the lot and had they delivered that shed, my ramp would be here. Furthermore, I would highly suggest training staff on how to properly fill out orders and fulfill orders so that this does not happen again. A simple problem turned into a complete aggravation.

  We do not give free ramps to everyone we only offer that service for veterans and first responders as far as the windows go mistakes happen we're not perfect we forgot to add them and sent someone out to add them 3 days later
