  Expert Tree Solutions was doing a job 2 doors up from me, On September 27 2025 one of the workers drove a skid steer though my property leaving ruts and damage to my property,I made a police report with the ******* township police,I contacted the tree company that early evening and left a message,the owner ****** returned my call and I told him what his worker did, he said that he would repair my property damage,On the next day I took video of damage property and sent to him, it been over a month and he (******) has not contacted me in any way shape or form,he does not care bout my property damage at all, I do not want him or anyone from his company on my property, I do not want him to contact me at all, he is not a man of his words,I would not recommend his service to nobody at all.

As ****** discussed with you, the employee driving the machine was reprimanded and suspended as actions like this are not tolerated at our company. ****** did reach out to apologize and communicate with you directly, and returned to your property to personally review the area in question. During that visit, he was unable to identify any visible damage consistent with what was described or shown in the photos and video *********** you mentioned, ****** communicated with you promptly and made multiple efforts to inspect and address your concern. If we did not take these matters seriously, those follow-ups would not have occurred. We always address and repair any verified yard damage when it occurs, but in this case, there was no observable damage to correct.If you would like ****** to come out again and meet with you in person so that you can show him the places that still remain damaged so that we can get them repaired, please contact him and he would be happy to do so.

  Expert Tree did an excellent job on my property. I had several trees taken down in one day and my yard has challenging access with rolling hills. They were very quick, organized and professional. The heavy equipment brought onto the property barely caused any damage to the lawn. You could hardly tell they were there after they left. I highly recommend them.

  Very dissatisfied with Expert Tree SolutionsThey came out looked at the work we wanted done and gave us a quote. After accepting the quote we was asked to sign the contract and they would put us on the schedule. They showed up and said they would have to get back with us, they were having an equipment issue. Didnt hear back, didnt hear back then we get told they wont be able to do the job that we would have to find someone else. I guess a contract to do work means nothing to this company. In my book very unreliable!!! Full service and specializing.i think not!

  Sometimes we do not accept a job after providing a free estimate and/or scheduling the work. Although rare, it has happened a handful of times when our crew does not believe completing the work will meet the expectation of a potential customer. In this case, we provided a free estimate to ****************** and our estimator scheduled the work, and on that particular day, we were having an equipment issue, but our crew still went out to assess the job onsite, at which point, we made the decision not to enter into a vendor relationship and cancelled the job. No money was paid by ******************, and he walked away with a free estimate that he can use to compare with other companies. We incurred expenses on payroll and fuel on dispatching our estimator for the estimate along with our crew and our trucks going onsite to assess the work, which is an expense we have incurred with no financial burden on ******************. We concede that we should have been more direct in our reasoning and have discussed this with those involved in the estimation process. We do not believe this interaction constituted a negative 1 star review, but to each their own. We do apologize to ****************** for the inconvenience.
