    Positive: Responsiveness, Punctuality, Professionalism After buying our home and moving to Wadsworth Ohio, we struggled to find a reliable plumber immediately available. I found Mackin & Sons (September 2022), thanks to Better Business Bureau (BBB) where they are accredited with A+ rating. Since then, I have used them a few times and they have always been responsive to phone calls. Appointments were scheduled very quickly; they communicate well with respect to arrival time (they sent a text with name and photo). They listened to our concerns, quickly diagnosed problems, and presented us with options including the cost for each option. Very professional. On time. Fast and reliable work The final charges were just what was in their proposal. I’m impressed with the quality of work and dedication to customer care. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Services: Toilet repair and installation, Faucet repair, Plumbing leak repair, sump pump replacement

    No body wants to deal with a plumbing emergency, especially not on the weekend. Saturday afternoon we discovered we had a blockage in our main sewer line from our house to the septic. (Because nothing like this ever happens on a Tuesday!!) Water was backing up into our downstairs toilet and our kitchen sink. Called Mackin & Sons and within 2 hours, **** the owner of the company was at our house to get things sorted. He personally unclogged the drain and didn’t leave until everything was right again. We have used Mackin and Sons for other plumbing jobs in the past and I continue to be impressed with the quality of work and dedication to customer care. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for all of your plumbing needs, big or small.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!This company does not return phone calls, answer correspondence, respond to registered certified mail, nor respond to requests to do business. They offer no explanation to why.Further, they have provided services, which because of their no specified reason for not responding, have put their work in possible "neverland"BUYER BEWARE!!!

    Great Company, competitive pricing. After I received my estimated and decided to hire them to remove our old hot water tank and install our tankless water tank, it took less than a week from scheduling to installation. Looking for to more efficient, less costly gas bill for our hot water use.
