    "I went to take my car due to my time and chain was going out I took my car up there I never heard anything bad about them my church has bought many vehicles from them November the 7th I took my car up there to drop it off to have the repairs done When I told the other service man that the guy told me he would have someone to drop me off because I wouldn't have a ride home they died simply looked at me in my face and told me because he told you that someone will drop you off I will grant you that but today would be your first and your last ride he was very rude to me I'm very disrespectful so I left the Next day I get a call that my car was ready on the 8th 0f nov No one called me to tell me that I needed cooling in my car they took it up on themselves to put it in there and charge me as a woman I felt used disrespectful and took advantage of and I would never go back I was overcharged a amount that I shouldn't have been charged for I have a warranty on my car I was supposed to pay at least $60 For just a oil change but it end up being a 410.00 more ."
