    We bought a new Cultivater @ *******.. ran 1 tank thru it, then it wouldn't run !! ******* won't take it back because it's had gas in it. Called troybilt, on hold for 2 hrs. NOTHING.. started an online chat, went from #11..to #4.. back to #11 !! Called 3 of their local service centers, on their website, to be told they only work on WHAT THEY SELL!!! Ugh !! I would give them ZERO stars if I could !! DO NOT BUY !!!

    Made two orders had to cancel one so I called customer service at 3:59pm EST. The automated service had me on hold for 45mins when they finally answered the guy said “I am going to transfer you to customer service” they put me on hold until 5:03pm where the automated service picked up and told me they were closed to call again tomorrow. I have pictures to provide evidence of call.

    Garden cultivator is GARBAGE! Went to use it for about the third time, pulled the rope to start it and it snapped. Went to an authorized warranty place, was told "I won't waste my **** to fix it. It's a poor design. " Called Troy Bilt and was informed that the pull cord is considered a wear and tear item and is not covered. Save yourself money and buy a different brand!!!

    Troy-Bily Pony is an absolute pile of garbage. Made In America means absolutely nothing to this manufacturer. What an embarrassment to the United States. Since day one, this mower has been nothing but junk. Cheaply made of inferior materials. The thing will literally vibrate you right off the mower. Here's a solution. Don't manufacturer junk and then let some uneducated, couldn't care less, wannabe assembling them at ****** etc.

    We purchased a new Troy Bilt riding mower from *********** which proceeded to immediately break. We reached out to *********** who referred us to Troy Bilt customer service. We spoke with a rep that quickly listened to the issue, gave us a warranty link & hung up. We were not able to receive any assistance or return the mower. We paid to have it fixed, but it is once again broken. It clearly has a serious design flaw that the manufacturer is ignoring. Clearly, based on their reviews, it is a normal process for the company to completely ignore their customers, while selling shoddy products that constantly need to be repaired.

    I bought this TP120B for about $350 like 10 months ago, the stud that holds the wheel came off/broke. I tried to call a service location near me per Troy-Bilt website, and no one is accepting the unit , they all told they don't do business with Troy-Bilt. I then called Troy-bilt customer service and they gave me other numbers, same thing I called and they would not take it. I called 12 service locations and called Troy-Bilt 3 times (every call is about 30-45 min). Last time I called, they transferred me to a supervisor and he was very unprofessional when I told him what happened, and he claimed I've been calling the wrong places (In fact I called the ones listed on their website in addition to the ones their customer rep gave me) and the solution is to fix it out of pocket and then submit receipts for reimbursement if it's the issue is covered under warranty, then he called off on me. This company is really bad, does not honor their warranty and very unprofessional and dishonest. I don't recommend anyone to buy from them.

    I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I ordered a defective gas trimmer, and they refused to replace it. They made us take it to a service location - the only one with time to work on it was about 40 minutes away. They were 6 weeks behind, kept it for weeks and weeks, and never fixed it. I called Troy Bilt, and they said we must go through the process all over again. It appears that they don't care about the customer at all. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them at all.

    I purchased a new mower TB WC23 XP on sale for $579. Upon first use, about 45 minutes - 1 hour the belt kept slipping off. The mower is only about halfway through it's first tank of gas. I called their customer service and was placed on hold for half-an-hour. The agent kept hurriedly trying to get me off the phone for their next call and did not provide me a real solution. They kept telling me to take it back to the store, although the store won't except returns on any item that has had gas. They were on the phone with me for maybe 4-5 minutes.
    I have purchased a new belt (for this brand new lawn mower), but customer service won't tell me how to change the belt (a metal bracket sits over the pulley) and they kept telling me if the store won't take it back, then I need to take it to an authorized service center despite the center they suggested being closed permanently. They offered no real solution for me!
    So, I am basically stuck with a brand new $579 mower that doesn't work. Pretty much grand larceny on their end, because they robbed me!
    Furthermore, their motto is "rugged, reliable" which obviously in many of these cases is false advertising! Hope someone gets a good lawsuit against them!
    I will never buy another Troy Bilt product (in fact, I purchased a $219 17" 30CC 4 Cycle Troy Bilt weed eater a few weeks back that I hadn't yet used, which is going back to the store this week). I suggest nobody buy a Troy Bilt either, plenty of quality companies with good customer service out there that still exist. Nobody should have to settle on a Troy Bilt!

    The worst. Placed an order for a tiller part in April. Received an email confirmation with a button to track my order. Placed order in April. The button just goes to the company website. Went there because I had gotten no order or information about my order and couldnt track it a month after placing it and being billed once, maybe twice-Im still checking in that. Finally found a number and called. Was on hold 35 minutes. Rep told me the part was back ordered until July. Gave me the number to call to cancel the order. Was on hold 2 HOURS no answer. Guess Ill be forced to buy the part anyway since they dont answer the phone in the department that cancels orders. I was considering replacing this tiller and I will not buy another from this company.
