  Initially everything seemed great but after poor communication and delays we got started a week and a half later only to have the holidays come around with a demolished bathroom. From there it was down hill and we had to babysit to make sure the contractor stayed on task. The hexagon tile floor was put in with no spacers and had to be redone on our dime due to inaccurate spacing from the “30 year professional tiler.” The moulding is crooked on three walls, the toilet is crooked, the caulking is already pulling from the wall along the counter. The redone shower pipe is leaking into the basement and the electric is now not working. Overall it was the biggest mistake we made hiring this company and we are paying more to other contractors to fix these mistakes.

  Not sure what to say... the last interaction we had with this home owner was in a text we received after completion of the project being "thankful for the work and being happy to not have a green bathroom anymore." Haven't heard a thing until now.

   I would not recommend All American Home Remodeling. In my opinion this company is not a Professional and Trustworthy company to do business with, and I would not recommend anyone giving this company any of their business, because they do not keep their word and they are not forthcoming or truthful.
  The following are my chain of events;
   
  In December of 2021, I had an estimate for a project at my home. The representative of All American Home Remodeling gave me an estimate by early January of 2022 which I accepted and paid $3,000.00 in advance at the signing of this agreement. The agreement was that 4 weeks prior to the start of the job I was to pay $6,000.00 more.
  This job was to start by March of 2022. On March 10 of 2022 the  representative of All American  Home Remodeling collected my $6000.00 plus an additional $866.00 for an increase in prices, totaling to $9866.00 so they could move forward with this job. That was the last time I saw the owner of All American Home Remodeling. The project did not start 4 weeks after I gave him  my good faith money, nor did he answer any of my phone calls or emails or text messages when I tried to contact the representative concerning when they would start my project.
  (7 months total of All American Home Remodeling having my money and doing nothing)  It wasn't until July 2022, 4 months after paying  All American Home Remodeling this money in March that he answered my text after I said that I will be seeking Legal action against All American Remodeling to the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office. Only then did All American Home Remodeling communicate with me through a text only and at that time agreed to refund all of my good faith money back to me.
