              Hello, On 1/3/2024, I placed an order for 3 boxes of ******** 4 sensors (5 per box). Edgepark contacted me that I owed $55.93, which I paid by credit card on 1/30/2024. The EOB from **** *****/**** ****** indicated that my responsibility was only $42.66 for this order. However, I never received the order. Edgepark's website stated that it was cancelled. There was no explanation on the website. I called, and the representative was unable to provide an explanation. I tried to place a new order. They wanted to charge me my $350 deductible + my copay of $92.09. I have already met my deductible for 2024. So the charge should only be $92.09 minus the $55.93 they already charged me, that is, $36.16. Not only did she not acknowledge the $55.93, she now stated that my copay would be $140.66 (my copay should be 15% for durable medical equipment). She said that she could not provide details, only that the order has to go processing and that they can provide more details within a few days. 1) Edgepark has charged me $55.93 for an order they cancelled that should have only been $42.66. 2) Now they cannot give me a straight price on what my 15% copay is. The negotiated price charged to my insurance changes depending on the person to whom I speak and does not sync with the website or my EOB (explanation of benefits provided by my insurance). 3) I want a credit of $55.93 put toward my order. I do NOT owe a deductible per my insurance, as I have already met it. I only owe a 15% copay (minus the $55.93). Please rectify how much they will charge me. My hands are tied because my insurance requires me to order my durable medical equipment through Edgepark. My insurance has not changed since 2018, and I pay for the higher plan to have the lower copay of 15%, which Edgepark just can't seem to get right. Thank you. Sincerely, ****** *. *******, ***.

              I received a notice from FedEx Shipping Manager that I was receiving a package from a shipper with the telephone number of Edgepark Medical supplies, but an address of Cardinal Health. I did not order anything. When I called the 330 area code phone number listed with FedEx, the guy said he had no information for me. I'm starting to think this is a huge scam.
