October 2023, I paid in full $1,000 for Purpose Consultant to write three Grants, Business cards, Website Each month there was always talk without proof. December I emailed them due to a email received that their books would be closed. I requested a refund but of course, more talk & a draft Grant were sent But the information was incorrect. Afterwards, a stand in person contacted me to say " a grant was attached to my email" but I informed them No grant was attached. Early 2024 by emails we discussed domain name for business+ samples of business cards all to no avail. Finally, late February I had scheduled an appointment via Zoom because I didn't I hadn't from them in weeks about the project discussed in January. On the day prior to the Zoom meeting, I received an email that the Zoom meeting would have to be rescheduled. I informed them I was contacting my attorney & it's in their best interest to give me a full refund. Then they called via phone & I let them know I wanted my money bank, that it has been 5 months & I never received any of the service that was promised to me in October 2023. Afterwards, I begin receiving via samples of the project but , I didn't responded. I do not want to deal with this business period.
