      Took my car there yesterday. Saturday 02/25. I drive a brand new BMW 2021 M240I. Less thank 15k miles. Have taken the car there 4 times. On 02/25, I went to get a wash and start a membership. Upon entering the towel drying section of the was I felt the machine really push on my car. I got out of the wash to notice a huge scuff and dent on my brand new car. I filled out a damage claim and they claimed they have 48 hours to get back to me after they review the camera footage. If they deem the machine caused the damage, which it did very clearly then they will take action in fixing the vehicle. Claims they have a repair shop where vehicles go to to be fixed. However, this is a $65,000 car, that is brand new. Therefore, I have already contacted my very well known lawyer and we will take the necessary steps as needed to ensure the vehicle looks exactly the same as it did before entering the wash. I am waiting to hear back from them now, according to the very non chalant and care free associate it will likely not take longer than Tuesday 02/28. If I do not hear from them by 02/28 we will move forward with my lawyer and my insurance company. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. Pictures below, will update this post each day as new information becomes available.
