In July, contract was signed to have all windows replaced in my home. Cost of the windows was paid up front and labor/installation cost paid upon completion. Timeline was set for expectation and at the latest date discussed, company contacted me and asked to start the process with 90 minute notice. I did not stay at the residence at the time so with 90 minutes notice I could not get to the residence due to my full time employment. I suggested the next business day (Mon.) and was told they would get back with me. They never communicated confirmation so I had to reach out several times to get a response for the date discussed. I had made arrangements JIC but they stated that day would not work and confirmed another day. Was told the job would take 2 days max so made arrangements for 2 days. First day, windows were brought into the home, all the work completed for that day. I tried to be understanding, life happens but this took 5 days to complete while going day by day to try to make arrangements to be there with little to no communication. In the process of the days, they smoked in my house, threw cigarette butts on my floor even after being asked not to smoke in house, wrote measurements on walls/doors, disposed of caulk by smearing on vanities still in box, broke glass, did not clean up, left materials for me to clean up, broke several sills and did not dispose of my old windows. Had to pay to have them disposed of. Filing a complaint because one window was measured incorrectly and reordered. Installation of window has already been paid but the owner will not communicate in any timely manner and then, simply pushes me off. It has been over 12 weeks with 12 weeks being the max expected wait time. Pulling teeth to get any communication. Remodeling bathroom at a halt because of window. After paid, company does not care about customer relationship or communication at all. Just want clear communication on completion date. Warning for anyone considering company.
