      This IS the moving company you're looking for. They are kind and professional. For our move, the final cost came in below the estimate (we packed a bunch of stuff ourselves and sold a few pieces of furniture before they arrived). The guys are smart, hard-working, on-time, caring, no standing around kinda guys. Eric and Andrew (owners) are fair and honest. I've always hated my moving company after the move. I love these guys.       Manifest did a terrific job of moving us - and we had a LOT to move! The crew were friendly and careful with our things yet were time efficient in their work.       Our experience using Manifest Shipping was nothing short of perfect! All of the guys moved quickly, carefully, and they were all extremely polite. You can tell they have done this for awhile, as everyone was moving quickly and carefully. None of our stuff was damaged, and we could not be happier with our experience. You should ABSOLUTELY choose them if you plan to move.

      If there was a way to leave a zero star rating, I would do so. These people lost so much of my stuff. I was in the hospital when they moved me. I have finally after almost a month been able to unbox everything. I am missing my sweeper, my spin mop, and many of my dishes. The backing on many of my pictures is torn. They broke the handle on my portable file cabinet. They took a hunk out of the wall in the house I am renting. Bottom line, I cannot believe it when I read many of the reviews. They were charging by the hour and for at least 20% of the time were sitting in the back of the truck on the phone. Worst moving experience ever. Please stay away from these irresponsible mover.

      Hi ******,As with each and every one of our customers we went into your move with the goal of doing the very best job possible for you. Despite your harsh words we believe we went above and beyond acheiving that. Early on in the move it came to our attention that there was a suspected health concern in your new home you were moving to. Out of the best interest of you and our teams health we offered to store your items in our truck overnight until the next day so you had time to confirm it was a safe situation and a location you actually wanted to move to. You agreed with this plan and said word for word: I do not feel safe going there The next day the team and I unloaded all of your belongings into your new house after finding out the suspected health concern was actually a dead animal that had now been located and removed. I lead my team through the unload and did not notice a single damaged item. We listened to every instruction your realtor gave us on where to put your belongings as you were not there and that was all we had to go off of. Nothing was missing. Nothing was broken. The truck had not been unlocked and/or opened since we left the delivery location with it. I was very saddened and surprised to read this review come in 6 weeks after the move as the move ended on a good note. I immediately reached out to you to address and take care of any and all concerns you had but you told us There is nothing you guys can do to fix it. This business means a lot to my team and ****** is disheartening for reviews such as this one to negatively impact it. We offered a solution that put you and our teams health and safety first. A decision we will continue to make as nothing is more important than that. You agreed with this solution and we did not charge you any extra money for it. I do not know what changed since that day and prompted you to write this but again thank you for your business and wish you the best. - ******, Manifest Shipping
