5 starsFrom sales to service, my experience with Renewal by Andersen of Northwest Ohio was excellent! *******, Sales **** discussed with us our goals relating to windows and reviewed his suggestions. We ended up going with those suggestions (which include UV protection layer in our front room window and casement for our bathroom and kitchen). I expected 12 weeks before the windows were ready, but they were ready in 3! Installation took 2 days, as expected, and ***** and **** completed a fantastic install! They worked incredibly well as a team from removal, install, finishings, and clean up. Both gentlemen were professional and walked me through their process during both days.Right away, the quality was noticeable (well, our old windows were nearly 40 years old). I look forward to opening our windows to let the fresh air in and not having to worry about issues come winter!Quality company, quality team members. Would recommend to anyone.Review fromSoraia T

4 starsGuys did a good job. Explained what they were doing and how the windows work. Last thing they did was scour the yard to make sure they didn't leave anything behind. Overall, quite pleased with the effort.
