    On numerous occasions, I was picked up an hour ahead of my appointment and had to wait over an hour to be picked up. Additionally, there have been several instances where the dispatcher stacked rides, causing me to share with another passenger, which I'm sure has to be a violation of my HIPAA and/or privacy rights. Lastly, we were sitting on the shoulder of the exit leading to my neighborhood (maybe a mile from my home) when the dispatcher called the driver and said she needed to pick up another rider from across town before dropping me off. Do not recommend. If I could give fewer than 1 star, I would.

    Terrible company - ******* is extremely unprofessional and rude. Theyre always late. They treat their customers poorly. The owner has no business doing medical transport. They need to be shut down.

    Do not work for this company ******* wilks will not pay you your last paycheck if you decide that the job is not for you.When you try to contact her about it she will block your number and cease to speak with you about after telling you Ohio law says she has up to 30 days to send you your final check.
