  When I got in contact with them they seemed great friendly professional... Boy was I wrong the kid they sent to my house said the estimate was free. When he located the problem he said he can do it for $225.00 with a 60 day guarantee. So I said yes do it... one hour in he said he would have his boss to come and take a look because it seems to be the city pipeline or something broke. He said he would call me waited never got a call. I waited for two days nothing... So I ended up calling and no answer so I called his boss gave me another story that he has to send a jet pressure to unclog it but it was going to charge me another 300 something. I said no because the kid said 60 days guaranteed he said he would have to get back with me and would call me in a couple hours again I waited and nothing next day I called and he blocked my number. So I called with a different phone and he answered... He said he couldn't fix the problem for the 225 he originally said because he spent more then 4 hours trying to fix the problem... That if I want to move forward it would cost me more... Oh and he said he never gives a guarantee then why say that you do... you charge by the hour why not say it in the beginning... I would really stay away from them. He will charge you for service and then tell you it's by the hour.

  PSA **DO NOT** ever use Rooter Man, LLC. As much as I know they could give care less about this complaint or any others for that matter, this post is really about making sure other people don't go thru the same frustration we have in the last 4 days with them. Our hot water tank quit working last Tues, we called them Weds, they came out, determined it was a control valve issue, still under warranty, (they said call when the part comes in and they'll come back out to replace it), we ordered the part it was here by Fri morning by Fed Ex, we called and they said they'd be out that afternoon. **THEY NEVER SHOWED nor CALLED**. We call on Sat at 0941 they said they have someone on the way, after apologizing, (Fake as heck, btw), **THEY NEVER CALLED nor SHOWED**. We call at Noon, they said he got tied up, more fake apologies, (not sure how tied up you can get while allegedly in your vehicle "on the way"), but there is someone in the area and they'll call when he's done with that job...seeing the pattern here? THEY NEVER CALLED, so we call at 4 and they said "as we told you before, we'll call when he's done", guess what? THEY NEVER CALLED! Needless to say, we called another company, *********** ********, who said they could come out Monday, (today), between 0900 & 1000. *********** ******** called at 0845, the guys were here by 0855 and were done by 0930! Rooter Man, LLC is either a scam company or just has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. ************* ********** came thru and minus the 1.5 day wait for the part, (which we understand), they did in 30 minutes what Rooter Man, LLC couldn't do in 3 days!
