      Very disrespectful staff. We had a reservation. That we were running late for. I called to talk to them. They answered my call the hung right up on me. I then called back 2 more times and they sent me straight to voice-mail. I then called with my business phone. They finally answered. I told the lady our situation. She said let me put you on hold and check to see if that's okay. I proceed to sit on hold for 10 mins. A different lady picks up and asks how she can help me. I then tell her my situation that I already told the fordt lady. She said that wouldn't worked, they are fully booked and then hung up the phone. Do not recommend this place

      I received burnt food and a watered down cocktail after a visit to Mancys Ideal Saturday night 1/6 for a date with my wife. After bringing both situations up to my server, nothing was done to correct this. I paid a lot of money to receive burnt food I couldnt eat and an expensive watered down cocktail full of ice. I feel that this restaurant cared nothing for me as a customer as this location was closing and only wanted my money. Mancys in my experience means bad food quality and poor service to me the customer.
