    We acknowledge Ms. ****** frustration and understand her desire to see the project completed as soon as possible.


    However, the statement that no work has been performed since ****** is misleading as this complaint was filed on ****** 28th. Our internal crew was on site on ****** 27th (and several dates prior), the day immediately before this complaint was filed. Our licensed electrical subcontractor was there on multiple days before and after those dates. Plumbing finish was scheduled to follow countertop installation, which occurred immediately before the complaint was filed. We have logged more than 198 man-hours in the past 60 days for our internal term, not including subcontractors responsible for the majority of the remaining scope.


    This project has also involved several large change orders and material selections that were not finalized promptly. Per Article 8 of the contract, change orders require prepayment and extend the completion timeframe. Additionally, there were instances where invoice payments were delayed beyond the 3-day requirement in Article 5.2, during which work was paused until payment was received.


    Despite these challenges, substantial progress has been made. As of September 2nd, electrical finish work is underway, plumbing finish is scheduled for September 3rd, and HVAC finish is being scheduled with the subcontractor on a rush request basis. Once those mechanical scopes are completed, our crew will return for final cleaning, touch-ups, and completion of remaining details.

    It is worth noting that we understand Ms. ******* frustration and aim to complete this project as soon as we reasonably can, despite no firm timeline being established.


    We remain committed to honoring our contract and warranty, and to delivering the project in a workmanlike manner. Should further dispute resolution be necessary, we respectfully request it follow the arbitration process outlined in Article 12 of the agreement.
