      11" Griddle Pan warped after first use, warranty department laughed at their warranty. Clearly the company like so many have gone down hill and couldn't care less about accountability or loyalty! Circulon it is.

      I only bought a handful, maybe three or four pieces of Cephalon cookware, and thank goodness I stopped at that. Besides the fact that food sticks to the supposed non-stick surface of the pan, the actual outside bottom has started to deteriorate. I've owned them for a couple, three years and they all look like c*** So, it's back to T-Fal.

      They lied about submitting my refund to my bank and they stole money from me. I purchased their 12 cast iron skillet, it came damaged. I called Dec. 19th to return it and receive a refund. After they reviewed the pictures they requested from me of the damaged pan, they sent a return label. I took it to ***** that day, which was Dec. 19th. Calphalon received the cast iron pan Dec. 21 at 10:24am. I didnt hear from Calphalon in regards to receiving the pan and issuing a refund, so I called them Dec. 27th. I was put on hold three times and was on the phone for early 20min only for the rep to tell me they are looking into it and will reach out to me in 24hrs. So I waited. Dec. 27th, I received an email from Calphalon stating my bank rejected the refund and they have to send me a check. Dec. 28th, I called Calphalon in regards to that email. I explained to the rep that I was at my credit union this morning and they did not reject the refund. She put me on hold and retuned to tell me it was not my bank after all that the error was on their end. They mad the mistake. I said okay can they issue the refund again because I do not want to receive a check. She put me on hold. Came back and said the check is in process (not yet mailed). She then went on to tell me the amount of the check, which is $47.69 and I will receive it in 4 to 6 weeks. I asked why is the check for $47.68 and I paid $49.99, plus tax! She put me on hold only to return to say Calphalon deducted $2.43 in tax. I asked why?! I paid the tax. Her accent got very hard to understand and she kept saying the tax was deducted. I could not make out what she was saying, so I asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold and returned to say a supervisor was not available. I told her they were stealing money from me. So I now I have to receive less than what I paid and wait 4 to 6 weeks for a check.

      I ordered a cookware set on November 19th intending for it to be a Christmas present. I received an email that my product shipped on November 22nd, only to find it has not left the factory as of December 13. I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions, only to be given the run around and promised updates that are not coming. The service is horrible. I am. Ow trying for a refund.

      Bought the 6 quart Essentials pan from Williams Sonoma in 2016 or so. Wore out the non-stick coating after years of heavy use, and Calphalon honored their lifetime warranty and replaced the pan.
      So very impressed by Calphalon standing by their product after so many years.
      The warranty claim process was easy, friendly, and quick.

      I wrote a review on Calphalons website. They rejected it.here is there response and below it is my fair and humble opinion review.-----Calphon's response:Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Your review cannot be approved because it: directs business away -----------My Review:"Good luck if you need service, the third party company that handles it doesn't provide ANY level of service that Calphalon is known for. It's embarrasing. This will be the last Calphalon product we will purchase. Ive had enough of "call here" or "email us" It's nonsense!"
