Purchased 3 large pizzas on Nov 1 and paid $33.00. Took the pizzas home, and they were very dry, hardly no sauce. I called the business to tell them and spoke to ******. ****** stated to return at least half the pizza and he would replace the pizzas. I drove all the way back there from Genoa on Nov 2. ****** was not in but ***** was in. ***** was rude and would not replace the pizzas. She said she tried to call ****** but he did not pick up the phone. Another employee vouched for the customer. ***** refused to make new pizza or to assist in any way.Business response

The customer called the restaurant and spoke to ******. ****** told him to return with half of the pizzas to be replaced. He returned with one half of one pizza. ******* remade one pizza because that is what he returned with. He demanded that all three be replaced. ******* told him we can only replace one. The customer then called the office and spoke with ***** and demanded all three be replaced. I, *****, told him he would have to return the other two a well. He told me we need to pay him for his gas since he lives far away. I told him several times what our policy is and he threatened to call the BBB. Our policy was told to him numerous times, as well as being printed on the box flap of all pizza boxes. He left with a new pizza for the half pizza he returned.Initial Complaint

Ordered a pizza I paid for but wasn’t able to pick up. Talk to corporate and was told my money was getting refunded two weeks later still nothing.Business response

I need more information for this complaint. I will need the date the order was placed, the amount, location, if the customer alerted the restaurant that they could not pick up the order and who they talked to.

I went to Gino's Pizza on Monroe/Central on 5/26/2021. Ordered a half/half pizza. Usually when you get pizza they look at it with you together. This time they didn't. Also on this day there were 2 new guys there and I go to Gino's weekly. I called immediately after I got home and told them the order was incorrect. I was told no problem as long as you bring half pizza and receipt within 24 hours.I did that. A woman named Kim had an attitude. Immediatedly at front, slam my return pizza with only 2 slices eaten abd then a **** H came out, he was very compliable and said that Corporate would send me a gift card and gave me the number and name of *****. I called and left her a message on May 27. I didnt hear back from her so I called her on May 28 and asked if she received my message. She was very nasty attitude. Told me I should not have left my pizza there. I should have kept it until I was ready to have a remake. I stated to her that so you kept my food and refuse to give me my money or a gift card is stealing. I want to make a complaint and go over her head and want my hard earned money back. Miss ****** took her pizza back to the location she ordered it from. She asked if she could have it remade at a later date. The staff told her she could have it remade right now. Miss ****** then asked for her name to be put on a list to have her pizza remade at a later time. The staff again told her that we do not do that. She got very angry and left. She called the office and was told our policy of remaking it immediately. The Original Gino's does not keep a log book with customer's names. We take care of the issue immediately.
