      The only positive I have is the people I talked with were very nice. The negative is: As I waited for my oil change for my 2015 Kia ***** they came and told me I needed my brakes replaced (pads, rotors, brake line and calibers, one was froze). The estimate was $2,900. I was told I should not drive it and I should have it towed if I moved it, I didn't have any trouble with brakes prior to this. I drive it somewhere else and they took everything apart and cleaned and lubricated them and my bill was $215. They didn't need to replace anything. So sad that people are taken advantage of. I won't go back.

      I have not had 1 call from Steve Taylor or anyone of his people. They ripped me off on my trade in I want $7000 refunded to me that’s what they owe me.

      Son bought an SUV 2024 Kia ********* XPro prestige edition. Which includes a self leveling complete tow package. But what they failed to tell me and refuse to help without added cost is it dont come with a towing receiver. Whats the point of a tow package if there no capability of towing. This was not told to me at time of purchased this was not asked of me to purchase as an accessory. I have reached out to them with no luck but just person to person asking for me to pay for this for its an accessory. How do you charge for something then ask for added charges and fees to use this feature

      My experience with Taylor Kia. They will never ever see my 2025 ********* They screwed me royal. They offered me $21,500 for my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid limit. Excellent condition and said no way I would ever sell that at that price. I was offered $28,500 from ****************** then offered ****** from Taylor ******* in Findlay. Told them to bring my car back and my fob. So then The payment was lower on the new car so I figured they mustve gave me more for my car. So then they rifle me through all the paperwork. I dont get a chance to look at any of it and lo and behold. I own a new 2025 Kia ********* The next day I needed to find something and I looked at the receipts and they gave me 21 five for my car. They added $1000 for a warranty that they never ever told me about. I never agreed to some $500 for another thing that I never agreed didnt know nothing about and then $4600 Rolled over from the van which I didnt know about either so $32,000 Sportage is now $38,000 and I dont think this is how business should be done

      Taylor KIA of Toledo ... Bait & switch dealer. On line researched & put in VIN of MY ******** and was given a quote of $16,400. Drove 1 hour to dealer, appraiser evaluated at $13,000 (even though no scratches, dents, perfectly maintained with a list of receipts, beautiful condition, etc) When confronting appraiser, was told "all dealers do that". I also Researched vehicles for sale on Taylor KIA website, wrote VIN #'s of specific vehicles interested in, salesman said he 'checked', and ALL of them were not available, then offered alternative Seltos and Sportages with MUCH higher price tags. BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. One of the 'sleazier' dealers I've encountered. I did express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with their LYING tactics (to the salesman, sales manager and the appraiser, and was told I was an 'asshole' in the parking lot as I left the dealer by the appraiser. I would highly recommend finding a different dealer to do business with... unless you ARE looking for deceit, lies and underhanded sales tactics! WOW! They attempted to 'screw me out of' at least $12,000 over on line information.

      Bought a 2024 Kia ***** in December 2023. **** the salesman was not very forthcoming. He never told us about the cars features. He never told us about there not being a spare in the car. He never told us about the service contract that you have to pay an additional $1000. We feel that since we are 65 that he took advantage of us. He took us for a ride Im a car that was nicer but switched to a not so nicer car. I feel that **** swindled us, took advantage of us because of our age. He is not very honest. And he is a liar

      My husband and I purchased a 2022 Kia ******** in August of 2023. I refinanced my loan for a MUCH lower interest rate and am entitled to a refund of my *** insurance. I contacted the company who the *** insurance was through and was told that they issued a check to Taylor Kia on 4-5-2024 and that I needed to get in contact with them. I went to the dealership with the check number on the 16th and was told that they "Just received receipt of the check." BOGUS! I have left messages and still no return call!!! I want my money!!

      Was quoted a price on a used car $3000 more than advertised online. Was not allowed to see the vehicle at listed price and when I stated I know the advertised price I was told " thats before we do anything to it". Con artists. Do your homework and be prepared.

      Bought a new car which was used for 1k miles. Dirty filth in the glove compartments as well in the trunk! Had nobody to prep the car before we left the dealership in which they usually do! So I spent a lot of $ and time to get this car back in style but the dealership doesn't believe they should have to reimburse me or do anything and so I talked to Mr **** ****** and had some words with him he didn't like and blew me off about talking to his General Manager about this situation and this has been going on for over 3 months now. My Salesman was Awesome but service was horrible!! Thanks *** ****** for getting this taken care of In which you didn't! So stay away from this Dealership I won't be back!

      Went to service my vehicle and after paying and getting home my engine light came back on. Called and scheduled an appointment and dropped off my car. They called me 4. hrs later and said they couldnt get to my car because they got too busy. I finally got my car back in and they said they were not going to cover the issue they noticed when it was the same issue. This is by far the worst customer service from a dealership Ive ever experienced. I highly recommend staying away, they only care about your money and not you and your purchase. Ill never buy from them again.
