      We have been in touch regularly with Mr. ***** regarding his laundry unit. He was reminded that he needed to schedule service. The customer is calling to schedule this today. If Whirlpool deems the unit unrepairable and provides ABC with a return authorization, we will gladly issue him a refund.

      We look forward to a successful resolution and apologize for the inconvenience our customer has been caused.

      My wife and I went to the store located in my pleasant mi, we purchased a chess freezer and a table. This was on about the 18th of September. This was on a Thursday so the manager said it would be delivered the following week either Monday or Tuesday, when it never came I called the store that Thursday and was told they didnt have any idea what the hold up was.over 3 weeks of the stuff not being delivered I went to the store on this past Friday also needing a washer. Even thought they had the washer in stock at the store I was told it would be the following Thursday or Friday. I then went to ask about our delivery of the freezer and as soon as the store manager saw me he put his arms in the air and stated I dont know what to tell you.this must be easier than doing your job and checking the computer. We now have a payment due on this stuff at the end of the week because it was but on our *** credit card and it will be a complete month in a couple of days. I am demanding our stuff be delivered immediately or Im contacting my case worker at the va as Im a disabled veteran, who has been grossly taken advantage of by this store manager who would rather lean on a counter and do nothing rather than his job

      I puchased a ** refrigerator from abc warehouse ********** ******** with an extended warranty, ice maker has been replaced 5 times they want to come back and replace ice maker again, i asked them to replace the whole refrigerator but now i can't even get them to answer the phone foe an appt.

      Our Regional Manager, Al, contacted **************** this morning and discussed the service history with his ** ice maker. The customer agreed to allow the service company to repair the unit. Should another issue arise, ** gave him his number to contact him directly. 

      **************** is a long time customer of **********************. We appreciate his business and apologize for the inconvenience he has been caused.
