About This Business
KTC Legacies, LLC was founded on the life of Kevin Thomas Chadwick. Kevin had a servant’s heart, during Kevin’s life on earth he uses to say “if I had the money, I wish I could do…., if I had the money, I wish I could buy them this…., “
Therefore in 2019 KTC Legacies, LLC was born as a property management company. In 2020 KTC acquired its first property to offer affordable housing to individuals’ leaving the local homeless shelters. During the process of remodeling the duplex we found another need for our community, the remodeling needs. KTC then expanded to repair/replace/remodel moto which then allowed us to offer remodeling and handyman services. KTC Legacies, LLC serves the Northwest Ohio area and would love to serve you.
