We've used Community ISP for years but sold our building this year and moved out of state. They do nothing for us anymore but won't let us off the contract. Still charge us $500 a month for nothing and won't settle except for full payment. Very unreasonable. Cold hearted. Just interested in a buck!Business response

Response to BBB Complaint from ********* Marketing:
Customer signed contract for internet service and moved while under term. CISP contracts underlying transport from a sub provider to service customer premise. We value the customers business over the years however the contract is in full force.

I am rejecting this response because: We are no longer at the location so there is no service provided. They are getting paid to do nothing. True corporate greed that is typical of companies owned by the ***** Family.
