    After Roy at Norton Grimes retired and closed his doors, I asked him where to go for good service. THANK GOD I LISTENED!
    I purchased a vehicle that was not as the seller described and it wouldn't go over 40 mph. I called while it broke down traveling from Michigan and talked with Bob. He told me to get it there when I was able and within 2 hours of me dropping it off he found the biggest problem and had it repaired before they closed that day. Bob and his crew have all of my business and I recommend them to anyone I talk with.
    Having been in the business of serving the public, attitude, appearance and efficiency are what makes a business and Tuffy has all of the above plus.
    Today was another day that Tuffy got me taken care of at a more than reasonable price when my blower motor for the heater quit working. I stopped and within a hour I was back on the road. I usually make appointments but it is great knowing that in a desperate situation, there is a company on Laskey Rd that cares about their customers and their wallet.
    If you have any questions about their service, relax because after using Tuffy, I no longer have to worry.
