    Consumer paid for front end alignment as well as 4 new tires. After the front end alignment and 5,500 miles the tires went bad, Consumer has been in contact with Gregg at tireman who said they would replace the 2 front tires and admitted that the alignment was misaligned. Consumer said he has been calling everyday and has not gotten anywhere, but promises to replace tires, but still has not followed through. Alignment has been taken care of.

    To Whom It may concern,

    We apologize for the delay, and to Mr. ***** for the delayed response. I have spoken to both location Manager's about Mr. *****' concerns and his tire wear. The tires in question were installed on June 1, 2021. While we are unsure the cause of the uneven wear to the two front tires, we are making arrangements to replace Mr. *****' tires and re-align his vehicle. Being that the tires he purchased in 2021 are not available, we will replace the set for him. This is being done as a goodwill gesture. Again we apologize for the delay and appreciate the opportunity to earn Mr. *****'  business.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.


    Hello, Ms. ********. This is *** ***** calling. My assigned ID number was ********. I had a complaint against tire man. Auto service centers where my complaint was about a tire issue, a tire warranty issue, and they have taken care of it as of today. I spent three little over three hours over there today and they took care of the problem. I want to thank you for the help that you have done. I got your letter today. It's funny, coincidental, I got it the same day. I got your letter with their response, which I don't agree with, that that's OK, They can write whatever they want. At the matter is, is they took care of the problem, and my home phone number is (***) ********. And I just wanted to tell you that as of today's date, they did say, are they did take care of the problem with me with the tires. So, thanks again for your help in this matter. I'd really, really appreciate it. Bye, Bye.
