    I've been here 5 times in the last month to have work done on my car. Twice they were closed and no one answered the phone. Then I sat there for 3 hours for a diagnostic only to come back to have the work done and be told they were wrong about the problem I was having, then told they ordered the wrong part. Complete and utter waste of time. Utterly disrespectful and a complete disregard for the customers time. They don't honor quotes they give you after a week evidentally. Never coming back.

    Very sorry to hear your unsatisfied with our service we provided, Our team strives for customer excellence and take your feedback into consideration. However, Mr. **** you brought your **** ***** ******* that you recently just purchased into shop on ********** Our team diagnose your vehicle, which indicated needed replace was front driver lower control arm, clock spring and AC recharge/vacuum. You were given a quote. You agreed to have lower control replaced. Repair completed on *********, but on ********* you filed a chargeback. On August 11th, you came in for 2nd appointment to have Clock Spring and AC recharge, however our Vendor shipped wrong clock spring. We apologize for their mistake but unfortunately that is out of our control. Unable to complete AC charge at the time due to a faulty AC compressor. Technician communicated with you of the conditions. Local shops should be aware of customer due to filing fraud chargeback.

    Business use to be dependable but something has happen. Will never return after latest experiences. Been there 3 times for same and it’s always an excuse that’s if you even get a call back. Showed up for scheduled appointment on Monday 7/21/25 and waited an hour and no one ever showed up. They didn’t bother to call and cancel the appointment or leave a note on the door. After leaving multiple messages with no return phone calls went in to reschedule repair. No apology was given for no show. Scheduled car for repair again for 7/23/25 got there and was advised 2 mechanics called off and they couldn’t do repair.. if that’s the case why not call the customers ahead and cancel ?? 3rd appointment was for today 8/11/25 got to appointment and was told they got the wrong part. Called and spoke to gal in office to ask what’s going on - wrong parts-no return phone calls - not there when scheduled etc and was told to have a good day ??didn’t want to explain themselves as to what is going on after us spending 3 hours driving back and forth time and gas and wasted multiple phone calls not being returned. It’s been weeks dealing with the same repair and still not complete. Also paid for a inspection that was not correct. They use to be a dependable auto repair shop but not anymore. Don’t know how they can stay in business with no customer communication. Very frustrating. A simple phone call back to customers waiting would go a long way. I should not have gave them multiple chances to do the repair . Big waste of our time. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

    A simple break job turned into a week long **** show. They will avoid you and not answer your calls. They won’t admit to their mistakes. Felt like I was treated like I was some **** female. Had to pay *** to tow the car back after the brake job to get it fixed correctly but wouldn’t admit fault or pay tow bill. Please read the reviews and don’t go there. They have a bad history of doing bad business.
