            The current issues that need fixing the house is the heat and air conditioner, my stove, my washer and dryer the heat and the sink and tub and thats everything that Im aware of thats not working. I pay **** per month on time. Also water is included that comes out monthly that is paid on time. Its usually $100 roughly. I would like them to fix all the issues within ************************** rent to own the home so I can fix everything myself.

            *** lived next to one of the properties they own for 5 years and it has always looked like absolute trash. Anyone they rent to does not take care of the lawn or outside upkeep of the home. Roof shingles missing, grass not mowed in front or back of yard, gutters not cleaned. Absolute trash of a company
