I've stayed here a total of three nights two separate days. The first day as I walked into the room I discovered that there was feces dripping all over the front of my toilet. There was hair all over the bathroom, and there was blood on one of my pillows I do have the photos to prove it. Also on the floor in the bathroom doorway a nail stuck out and I stepped on it on more than one occasion until I finally decided to put a cup over it. On the second day everything was going great the room looks way better this time is a different room. However it had frosted that morning and the stairs were not salted, I sat in my room as I heard my boyfriend falling down the stairs. Upon calling the front desk to file a complaint, the employee simply said, " well we don't put down salt until our maintenance man arrives at 9 AM." At this point in time I've decided it's pretty comical, because yes the ice in the sleet in the snow will always wait for their maintenance man to show up at 9 AM. If you want my honest opinion the manager of this hotel should fire her entire staff and start fresh.
