"Very terrible service, the worst Ive ever had from any dealership, I brought my vehicle in only because of a Dealership recall on a brake part and they messed up my whole brake system, Ive take my car ther and even paid them to fix a problem that they created, but they never fixed the issue, their parts department is also terrible I purchased REMOVEDMotorcraft Batteries with warrantys but when I returned the battery for replacement the person working there told me that they had a fire and that all of their records got destroyed in the fire, I recently had my brakes checked and again they fixed other things and said that those things were causing my brake problems and wanted to charge me more money to fix my brakes which have only been a little over a year do not go to this place Al B."
