I have been under a one year contract with this company. That contract ended in February 2022. However the last date of service I was unable to be home for them to enter my home. I emailed and asked for that date to be canceled and that I would call once I returned from out of the country and reschedule. they absolutely 100% would not Follow my request. I stated several times not to perform any services. They went against my wishes and had a member of their company come to my home and spray the outside of my home because no one was home like I had stated to let them come inside to service. I then received an invoice for services performed. I explained I will not be paying that invoice I told them not to come to my house and not to perform the services. 3 months later they email me again stating they will come and do services again I explained I do not want any further services from them. I have emailed back-and-forth I have spoke with their accounts receivable department and their office manager. I have emails which I will be attaching the last conversation I had with the office manager Billy was on speaker phone in front of my local police department and a police officer. I have instructed them not to show up at my house or they will be arrested for trespassing. I have also requested all further services cancelled, as I'm no longer under contract and do not want to do any further business with them. Billy the office manager told me on speaker phone as the police officer my witness that they will not cancel services without the last fraudulent invoice open.
