      Great front and screen doors. They are so beautiful and I feel very secure now. The installers were top notch. I did have to wait about 8 weeks and I was told that right up front so that was not a surprise. I was ok with that. I am just so thrilled with my new door and the way it was made to my specifications.

      DO NOT BUY PROVIA WINDOWS.
      HORRIBLE QUALITY
      SLOW SLOW SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE
      I ordered new construction Endure casement triple pane windows. With nailing flange, 2 double units and one 3 lite unit. When I received the windows I noticed the outside dimensions are approximately ¼ inch larger than the inside dimensions. Due to this nailing flange. Installing them was a real joke because you need to shim on two different surfaces of the window. Since the nailing flange does not secure the window to the rough opening you need to screw the window in place through the frame. The flange is for weatherization purposes. I Installed the windows last year in August/September. The frames were not square with the mulls. Through the winter I got frost and ice at the glazing at the bottom corners of every glass piece. I called my supplier and sent pictures and a few weeks later they sent new sashes. New sashes were leaking as well. I took apart the old sashes I had discovered they did not clean/remove the miter where the sash is welded together, and the silicone sealant was only in the far back corner. After waiting weeks again. I took pictures and call Provia they realized the problem and weeks later March 2025 they sent out at service man to install new sashes. I told him I don’t trust these were built correctly either. So he took apart one of the new sashes and sure as ever these were not glazed correctly either.
      THIS IS THE 3RD SET OF SASHES THAT WERE MADE WRONG.
      I told him these windows were not square, and the frame was starting to sag. He saw the same issues. He looked at all the window installations and found no fault. He recommended a complete replacement of all the units
      Waiting weeks again, the state rep asked if he could come out to look. I said yes, I was expecting him to give an answer but nope, WAIT again. I wanted a refund. In April they okayed the refund. I had to go through my supplier. When I sent them back, I got my refund.

      I am very pleased with the quality of the entry and storm doors i had installed. Had to wait for them to be made right here in the usa. Took 6 or 7 weeks but 1 of my doors is odd size so of course custom made took longer. But the quality was worth the wait.

      Provia is a good company. I like my windows and have noticed a difference in how my house stays cool. I did have two issues that they resolved. 6 windows were 4" short which was a factory issue. Also, my 8 sunroom windows came with half screens even though the order was for full screens. Provia did resolve that issue too. I would advise staying on top of your order and installation. On the screens, my installers thought it odd that I had half screens on the sunroom when I had full screens on all my other windows. I brought up the issue to them and they were able to have the factory correct my order.

      I signed a contract on March 10th with a charming salesman, Christian S******. $18,061.00 for 2 ProVia doors, installation was April 1st. The installation was very poor. The front door was not water-tight; in fact, you could see daylight through the threshold. The back doorframe was cracked, I'm convinced the crew knew it at the time, because the the man said, oh **** after the wood cracked. I called immediately, and after 4 days, they came out to fix the front door. The door failed after "Q" left, and someone else came a few weeks later. he fixed only the front door and said they would install a new frame on the back door on April 29th. I asked ********* the other day for a $1000 credit, and I would have the back door repaired myself. ********* refused my offer.
      Today is May 13th, and ********* called this morning to say a person would be out to fix the door tomorrow. I don't know how ********* earned all the 5* reviews? I have heard that some companies have friends and family post on their behalf. I do feel they owe me a refund and a real fix to my doors.
