Applications for credit accounts are available upon request. Approved credit takes 3 to 5 days. Standard terms are net 30 days. 6.75% sales tax is applied to any orders within Ohio unless a blanket exemption form is on file.

Refund and Exchange Policy

No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA, please call 330-852-1005 or email your request to [email protected]. All non-damaged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless exchanged for alternate item(s). Damaged items must be reported to shipping carrier upon receipt. Shipping charges on returned items will be paid by the purchaser.

Special orders require a 50%, non-refundable, down payment and are not eligible for the standard return policy.

Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.  Back orders may be cancelled unless special-ordered.
