              Date of transaction/Purchase: April 24,2022 Amount paid: $107.00 with my credit card For a Device to use for my type one diabetic son glucose reading alerts reached out to the company via their online chat; seems the only way to contact them and was asked to provide my home personal network information and passwords to provide support. I advised I was not comfortable providing my personal network information since I work from home. He stated that I would not allow him to assist me after inquiring about a refund. This is not a professional way to support a device by hacking into someone's network. He states that only once he receives the device back will he provide a refund, I feel this company is exploiting Type one diabetic families.
